(1/2) @Paytmcare @ICICIBank_Care 2 issues. Yesterday, I did couple of transactions of Rs.1k each on @PaytmMall using icici netbanking first one failed followed by a successful transaction. It is more than 24hrs I have not received the refund nor the 10% cashback

@Paytmcare @Paytm it is now fifteen days, I have made a money transfer to the account from paytm but till now amount is not transferred, customer care not attending call. It is embarrassing that their 24*7 helpline icon even not working. Hope to get any response from @Paytm

Never buy anything from @PaytmMall @Paytm because they're selling duplicate and damages products only. And when you complaij about them, you've to wait only, there will be no solution for your problem. No doubt why @amazonIN is best for shopping and after sale service.
