    @Paytm hello team. I tried booking a ticket in IRCTC app and used paytm as they payment gateway. My money got debited from my account and went to paytm but the ticket did not get booked. When will I get my money back? I have tried contacting your customer care in vain.

    @NeetuGarg6 @Paytm @Paytmcare paytm has become worse in terms of service and also putting new new charges. To recharge our own wallet with our own cards, they started charging. Transaction failure rates is also high with paytm now and so many migrated to Gpay and PhonePe.
