  Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm My order id 27406395348 Purchased a gift card of Decathlon but store people saying invalid requesting you to pls issue refund for the same. Its saying invalid code or PIN. Their gift card saying its start with 10 not 60 requesting you to pls issue refund.

I’ve been trying to complete device verification for the last 3 days but keep getting “Verification couldn’t be completed – We didn’t receive the verification SMS”.   @Paytmcare highly disappointed with the customer care, no response since so long on a refund. Ticket ID: 200012412121. Have requested for a call multiple times but no response. Flight from Bombay to Delhi (27326371910 ) was cancelled and refunded by airline. HELP.
