    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare team, had reported for DM enterprise who asking money to do KYC. Nw, just got call from#paytm that matter was sent to internal team and vendor notified. Yesterday he again asked KYC money so I reported again. Wt is use to notify wn issue is still thr?

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Recvd my refund today and credited Rs 4k in my account . Alot needs to be done in hour services. If customers need to take help of social media for all these miniscule challenges then you will be on the loosing side. Thanks to Mr. Himanshu .

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I expect you/ur internal team to curb this menace of charging for KYC permanently rather than saying matter sent to internal team. Ur executive RIVANK (as told his name) want to close ticket without actually issue being getting resolved

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @HarmanIndia Ordered a JBL speaker worth 9k. Received a defective product. No nearby service center and Paytm's stalling since half a month. Chat would be uploaded by night. Until then if you're ordering any digital device from Paytm, don't! worst service ever!
