    Tried calling customer care of @IDFCFIRSTBank but call is not getting connected even after having prepaid balance aprr from unlimited pack and @Paytm @Paytmcare support itself is useless no option to report transaction.

    @NPCI_NPCI @BharatBillPay Hello, I have paid my electricity bill through @Paytm bbps to the biller TNEB and the payment was successful but it was not reflected on the biller and I contacted biller customer care they informed me that the transaction was a failure. (1/3)
