  @Paytmcare that there is some error on our side so the amount will be reversed within 48 hours and now the supervisor mandeep on helpline advised me that he is taking this to concerned team and then he disconnected the call and then keshav from @Paytm @RBI

  @Paytmcare worst customer support. No one is replying to mail or anything. Cant get my refund of my flight booking. For more than 18 days. Cant connect to customer care number also.

  @IntrCity avoid their service, its pathetic. Their contact No doeant work, the bus driver No theu share is fake, the bus tracking link doesnt work, if you are in a new place, high chances that you will miss the bus. @Paytmcare

I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance.   @Paytmcare I booked flights via Paytm to London and I got different class than the one which I selected now the customer care team is not helping to update this is really bad experience. Will never book international flights via Paytm @Paytm
