    @Paytm I have made a payment of 2000 to saurabh shekhar mobile no linked to 8208663547 on 2nd June 2021. It deducted from my account and showing a successful transaction but till now it’s not received on the other hand. What to do? No one to help on customer care no.

    Being treated like a tennis ball between paytm payment bank and paytm money app. A simple issue of NACHmandate autopay rejection and the costumer care support is only understanding my problem and feeling sorry for it. Wondering who will solve it? @Paytm @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Sorry to say but this is just false claims. Even after multiple requests fornissue resolution no response. And your call option just disconnects post auto replies. You ask to reach your customer executive on a separate link but nothing is sent to customer.

    @Paytm ....My paytm account is blocked by Paytm because I have added money from my credit card due to medical emergency and Paytm also took 5 % charges to add money in paytm.very bad service.
