    @Paytmcare How its fair u are at fault Your app promised to provide live location as well bus driver contact number will be provided but what u give no link and broken customer care number of distribution who doesn't pick call at night not satisfactory well going to file consumer complaint.

    I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago.After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen.I have already contacted customer care multiple times. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @PAYTM @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness This issue is still unresolved. I’m only receiving generic responses with no actual action. ₹1090 has been wrongly deducted despite fulfilling the offer conditions. I need an immediate refund & clear resolution, not automated replies. Please resolve within 48 hours, or I will escalate this matter further. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @Paytmcare can you help to cancel and close my account please? I am in the process of closing all payment apps and plan to keep only BHIM. Mobikwiks responded quickly and closed it. But Paytm is dodging it.
