    2 days earlier an executive Shweta says it will take 3-4 weeks. Earlier 2 guys told it will take 7 working days. What is going on? No senior supervisor attending calls then why are they working? When will I get my money I want an answer? Please respond asap @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare respected sir, on 19th May, 11:17 am, I ordered Avippatikkar Churn 2 items bearing order number 13720050690. But today I got different items. And problem is, there is no return policy. Please change the product or refund my money asap. Thanks

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar please show some mercy during this COVID times. Waited for more than a month for the refund which @IndiGo6E has given you long back to transfer to my account. It’s sad to see you customer care executive still saying me to wait for my refund even after a month.

    @Paytmcare @harsh_kn Same issue happened with me, I straight away paid from my banking app with the CC. Paytm going crazy day by day.. they even changed the Paytm points redemption points.. Looks like in coming months paytm will be only used for paying via UPI only for vegetable vendors and pan walas
