As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund.   @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff.   @Paytmcare no resolution till now. I don’t know how you people operate, even after more than 48 hours you are not able to give me a reason that why my account access is denied. My daily sip Money is getting defected everyday and what about my money already invested. @RBI
