    @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency

    Extremely disappointed with @Paytm and Paytm Payments Bank customer support. My Paytm Payments Bank account (ending 3400) has been deactivated, and I urgently require a cancelled cheque or account confirmation letter to update my bank details for mutual fund investments.

    @Paytmcare There is no such issues at receiver's bank. All are perfect there.. Paytm has not transferred any amount to receivers account... You are holding it for your needs.... Such a scam.... @RBI @RBIsays

    @Paytm @Paytmcare and they confirmed that the refund was initiated from their end and that Paytm, being the booking partner, has to process the refund. I raised a support ticket on 26 May 2026 (Ticket ID: 200011749289), 2/3
