    @Paytmcare Stop this nonsense & give me remaining data balance as per your recharge plan, check ticket Id & your support chats so you clearly understand what fake recharge plans you showing to your customers, let everyone see that you misusing your customers trust.

    Nowadays @Paytm @Paytmcare have also started to charge platform fees from the customers 1.80 Rs It seems nominal but just multiply it with millions of customer usages Staggering We aren’t supposed to pay this Will shift from this app soon 🔜

    @Paytmcare I raised a refund request under Ticket ID 200011741269 more than a month ago, but the issue is still unresolved. Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.
