    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    @Paytm Paytm Soundbox,Using it for almost 1yr,I am telling it deceptive bcz, at the time of installation I was said that it will charge Rs-49/mon and it charged 49 for 2-3 mon, later 74, then 125 and now 135/mon charging. And now it is deducting few rupees for other wallet charge. Wtf

    @Paytmcare Why they denied that the booking partner is paytm you are the sole responsibility to resolve my issue immediately We were deboarded immediately due to this Please refund my money else I will escalate to further relevant team for the same @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Ticket No: 500007902909 72 hours timeline crossed but no engineer visit yet. POS machine not working + no QR in app. Already ₹3000 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar. Facing continuous financial loss. If not resolved urgently, I will escalate to consumer forum.

    @Abhinav27517819 @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant and my settlement is not undertaken by Paytm since the 24th of April 2026, the day Paytm bank licence is declared cancelled by the RBI and there is no response from the customer support after tons of messages and calls, initiated from my end. @Paytmcare
