@Paytmcare While doing the recharge he was on call and asked me to download TeamViewer qs app. He convinced me to share the number on my phone telling me that it will get connected to company server. Here I got trapped. While I did transaction of Rs. 10 he was able to see my screen.

@Paytmcare Your customer care department is too much unprofessional. I deposited fee in LPS Lucknow ,it was not successful but you charged transfer charges ,I submitted many complaints but no one was answerable. Very bad and dissatisfactory services.

@Paytmcare Almost 55 days past when @Paytmcare said that I got refund from airline and is in process and credited to your account within 7 days but I didn't got till date. Shame on @Paytm.if you not wish to refund to customer said it clearly I am unable to refund.
