    I am faceing problems in #Bhimupi during transactions via #Paytm. Every time the application needs to verify the phone number and moreover after the verification it again restarts. And again i have to follow the same procedure. Kindly help in this. @RBI @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

    Half of the time my banking app doesn’t work and have a very ppor interface (pick any bank). Imagine this happening with any fintech apps @Paytm @PhonePe @GooglePayIndia. Fintechs will remain pivotal as they are customer obsessed!

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Hi i m Paytm postpaid user on 5 Jan m paying postpaid bill amount is deducted but not refunded yet. And also bill is pending. Write now I'm paying again bills some late fine is showing. It's your side issue why I m paying extra charge

    This type of digitization of toll deduction was not envisaged by customer like me. From the @Paytm reply I don't think the money wrongly or deliberately deducted from my wallet is going to be reversed. Reply not at all addressing the query and remedial action for such deliberate
