I am faceing problems in #Bhimupi during transactions via #Paytm. Every time the application needs to verify the phone number and moreover after the verification it again restarts. And again i have to follow the same procedure. Kindly help in this. @RBI @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytmcare it still hasn't been resolved from your side. I have done legal consulting and final outcome is to go through proper legal channels. I am very much disappointed with and organisation of such caliber isn't able to resolve and issues which I was able to identify.

@ICICIBank_Care is there a glitch in your payment gateway? Exceptionally long IVR wait time. Did a transaction of 2k via @paytm but the transaction declined and got a refund msg from Paytm. But a few seconds later I got a msg from @ICICIBank that 4k was deducted from my card. 😐

@Paytmcare @Paytm: Is it too much of an expectation from paytm to expect one notification about the payment due.. This is one of the worst experience! Have been using paytm for years together. But not anymore! And pathetic customer care experience!

@Paytmcare I have been trying to dispute a fraudulent transaction done on my paytm postpaid and no one is helping me, I called today as well and one of your agent prateek did not help me. When I asked for supervisor he informed we don't have any available. Pathetic experience.
