I am faceing problems in #Bhimupi during transactions via #Paytm. Every time the application needs to verify the phone number and moreover after the verification it again restarts. And again i have to follow the same procedure. Kindly help in this. @RBI @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

@Paytmcare your customer care sucks. Trying to unblock my paytm account and the only option is the chat window from the app which mostly is addressed by chat bot. It tells me to upload my original kyc. It keeps on telling me it's blurred, while it's not actually.

When I logged in to paytm it sent notification to everyone who is saved my contact number. One person I blocked from everywhere that guy started chat on @Paytm WTF. No privacy at all. I uninstalled it quickly. @Paytmcare @paytm Why paytm inform to everyone about I am using it?
