    I am faceing problems in #Bhimupi during transactions via #Paytm. Every time the application needs to verify the phone number and moreover after the verification it again restarts. And again i have to follow the same procedure. Kindly help in this. @RBI @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

    My money in my wallet has been trapped. There is money in my wallet , my Paytm account got inactive and now I cannot retrieve my money. Despite repeated tries, Paytm customer care agents are not taking calls and showing much negligence to customer issues! Pathetic @Paytm

    I have done rent payment via credit card and it's still not credited to recepient bank account, Its more than 48 hour since payment this is very pathetic service please credit rent immediately. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare When I reported then mismatch not recognised have eaten and digested and when I taken reversal on excess limit has caused to fix as mismatch. Not acceptable at all

    @Paytmcare My pyatm account is blocked for many days. I was told to submit my adhar card,pan card and a selfie on the site. I did that but the account is still blocked. I tried to contact with customer care via call but that didn't work. Please unblock my account

    @Paytmcare tried recharging. Used Paytm UPI payment method (by entering UPI Id and requesting for amount from bank account). Unfortunately recharge didn't happen but payment succeeded. Help refunding the amount or else credit recharge amount for my sim by talking with operator

    @Paytmcare Unnecessarily u are complicating the issue and encouraging more automated calls on my number..the more this kind of behaviour u do the more the payment will be delayed..what u can do the max ..can u hang me ? If i don't make payment...just follow ur procedure otherwise shutup

    @Paytmcare I had booked bus ticket through Paytm app and I didn't receive the bus details till now when only 20 mins r left for departure. Neither your customer support team nor the operator is responding. I will not book tickets again using Paytm.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I am writing this with reference to the Chat communication I had on your Paytm Care.  Due to some technical issue, my payment got delayed by 1 day and due to this 885 INR penalty was imposed on me.
