I am faceing problems in #Bhimupi during transactions via #Paytm. Every time the application needs to verify the phone number and moreover after the verification it again restarts. And again i have to follow the same procedure. Kindly help in this. @RBI @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

It’s been over 10 days since my flight was cancelled(6E-6908), but the refund is still not credited IndiGo says the refund was processed to Paytm, but Paytm support has been unhelpful and no refund is received yet. Requesting urgent resolution. @IndiGo6E @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare Booked a flight on 06/12/25 which was cancelled the same day by the airline. Airline has confirmed the refund was issued to the agency, but I still haven’t received it. Been trying for 5 days to reach customer support, but the chatbot won’t connect me to anyone

@Paytmcare Where is your customer care number? Your AI is 3rd class and not addressing complaint. Does paytm do fraud and didn't address complaint so money refund has to be gi en back.
