I am faceing problems in #Bhimupi during transactions via #Paytm. Every time the application needs to verify the phone number and moreover after the verification it again restarts. And again i have to follow the same procedure. Kindly help in this. @RBI @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

@Paytmcare Vey poor service @paytmcare i booked tickets orderid 19449285110 for 13oct22 & cancelled on 12oct22 but not got cancelled on app & called customer service told will get refund amount as eligible for full refund but still not got more than 15 days this is not expected its cheating

@Paytm Yes very poor service i booked ticket for 13oct2022 i cancelled it on 12oct2022but it was not got cancelled from app so i called customer care& told me it will get cancelled and i will get refund amount within 10 days but still not received refundMy order id 19449285110

@Paytmcare KYC centre named (1) Vimal Sales & (2) Mobile and Computer Store, located Chunabhatti 400022 Mumbai are asking Rs.100 for KYC, when I said it's free as per Paytm website, then they are saying go elsewhere and do it.
