@REALTECHDNA I already used RuPay credit card on Paytm wallet load. No policy change or nothing, you need to pay conv charges for Paytm wallet loading. If you have any problem then contact @Paytmcare customer care.

Paytm claims to give you 24*7 hrs of service, is that true? I am following paytm customer service for more than 48 hours and none of the support team has given me the required support. Infact there support executives behaves rudely. @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare KYC issue: 1. All kyc centers are refusing - they claim the paytm kyc service has been stopped. 2. Every time I raise a ticket about this, I'm given a copy-paste response with a list of kyc centers. 3. Calling customer care number gives pre-recorded responses.
