@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytm I recently made a merchant payment thru Paytm wallet. The merchant site as well as the payment portal promised 10% cashback on the txn in the form a scratch card. However, I have instead been issued a stupid Zomato scratch card. I can't even register a complaint.

@Paytmcare Hi Team has been trying to get the refund from Zomato credited to the bank account but this automated ticketing system, isn't really helping. The merchant has issued the refund but Paytm hasn't reversed it. Nor does it acknowledge a charge reversal. Please help!
