    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This issue has been pending since 16 April and I still haven’t received my refund. Multiple follow-ups have only resulted in repeated “we are checking”responses. Please provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm when the amount will be credited. @jagograhakjago

    @N_and_ni @Paytmcare is doing scam in name of cashback. They offer cashback but not provide it . No proper and genuine response from Customer care also. I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I'm unable to make any UPI Payment from Paytm App from the past few days, All transactions are getting declined stating "UPI Risk Policy" whereas I'm able to make payments from other UPI Apps easily. And it is so hard to connect to Customer Care thru your app.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm The level of my 30 days patience here is almost legendary. The ask, however, is refreshingly simple, kindly process refund before Airlines shuts down. With ur bank license now suspended, perhaps selling flight tickets is next in line. Adhere to Professionalism!

    @Paytm i am trying to withdraw my money since last 3 years. Everytime I raise a request, either there is some technical issue or I get some automated blurbs generated by AI. Please let me transfer my wallet amt to my account then I will uninstall the app.
