    @Paytmcare @Paytm Why is your postpaid service so irritating. Suppose a person forgets to pay a due amount because of being busy. Your support people start calling. That is fine. But why tf they ask you to pay the amount on call.

    @Paytm has the worst service I have ever seen. Can’t even resolve a basic issue since 3-4 days. I call their useless help desk everyday and all I get are useless apologies and new tickets. Bass app bana li, service chahe jesi ho! #paytmsucks @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney

    @Paytm Just got a call from 7837001219 asking me to “upgrade my Paytm Postpaid account”. He asked me if I already had a limit. Either this call was fake or agent hasn’t been trained properly - an upgrade means I’m already a Postpaid customer and hence, have a limit! #justsaying

    I am not able to reach your support @Paytmcare from past 1 week. This removes my trust from Paytm UPI for digital payments.
