@PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm Its been quite some time I have been asking for the refund for excess payment cut for fast tag. With out the refund, the paytm has closed down the complaint also (paytm care Reference No.: 189234121) as well. Its so ridiculous. Do the needful.

@Paytm I am unable to login to Paytm account, considering I am not receiving OTP as I am currently in a remote location, while I am looking to recharge Paytm Fastag to travel back to Mumbai tomorrow 20th May (sure this email will get addressed once I reach Mumbai) driving 1800Kms

@Paytm They wont close account even after sharing all necessary documents. And irony is every 2 days they say 'we haven't heard frm yor so closing case.' Worse customer service ever.

I have reported a bug to @PaytmSecurity @Paytmcare, they fixed the issue and didn't reply back. Didn't know why they have a responsible disclosure program if they don't care about researcher. #bugbounty #bugbountylife
