  @Paytmcare purchased 3 soundboxes as PayTm merchant for diff outlets of mine. Bought on false pretext thru your salesman promising NO MONTHLY RENTAL and just a one time payment for the box. Raised multiple tickets to return the fraud-based box but the CC is tone deaf. Kindly help
