...still you guys were unable to traceout my payment details. Whereas @Paytmcare has confirmed that they've received confirmation from axisbank w.r.t this payment. I'm stuck in between both these platforms, Axisbank support is telling to contact Paytm and vice versa.

@FASTag_NETC Please assist me in migrating away from @Paytm. They won't let me order a replacement tag. There is no way to close/deactivate the current fastag account. @Paytmcare keeps taking you in circles on that customer support chat without any resolutions.
