So the only way to delete a @Paytm acc is Install App Go to Help Start Chat Bot They wont say what is required & in realtime ask for multiple docs After the process There is a ticket raised & they will respond in 4 hrs? How will i chk if my acc is closed or not? @Paytmcare

@Paytm Im trying to add money from my credit card. For me charges showing were 3.3% where as for my friend it is showing 2.07% why such huge difference for customer to customer?
