    @Paytm Paytm jackpot results was supposed to be declared on 11th January. As discussed with support team ,the Jackpot is extended by a week and consequently the result declaration date is now on 18th January. Still no announcement yet.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    @Paytm your AI chatbox keeps refreshing and not able to go through with filing a grievance redressal. Conveinently you have no customer care support through phone or email.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm What a fraud app. There was a balance in my paytm wallet amount. Now the same is not shown on app and the customer care bot is just wasting time and not helping with paytm wallet.
