@TheOfficialSBI @Paytm The msg showed that within 48 hours the bank will inform us(paytm) about the transaction and we will refund. It has been more than 48 hours but no money has been refunded till now.. Customer care didn't provide any help also! What should I do now?

What's happening @Paytm do you really care of customers? All of sudden my account isn't working and you said to submit my pan which I did. It's been a week and still account is not verified and still inactive.
