Dear @Paytm, Paytm is dealing with billion dollar business. Unfortunately they don't have Customer care working no ( Non machine), Emails fails.. we booked train tickets,train date is passed but still automated response showing under hold..emails failed.. Almost fake customer C

I have never seen any worst service than @Paytm customer care service. You can’t contact them over 📞, and issue is not resolved on the app. I hv bn struggling for 3 days. @Paytmcare More frustrating is they never contact you,even ticket is raised.

Frustrated with @PaytmMoney and its poor customer support. I’ve been trying to redeem my mutual fund amount but it’s stuck with no resolution. The app shows clear error, and your customer service has been completely unhelpful and unr provide a resolution. @Paytm @Paytmcare
