.@RBI You need to look into how @Paytm makes it impossible for users to figure out cancelling / deleting their Postpaid account (or anything for that matter). Paytm is like Hotel California. You can check out but never leave. The malpractices need a vigilant regulator.

@Paytmcare @Paytm @FinMinIndia There has been absolute zero support from your end. I need a callback and resolution ASAP. Your app support is a menu-driven bot which asks for a minimum of two days to do anything. Why should I be locked out of my own money for two days?

@Paytmcare @Paytm You just can't block someone out of their account without having any contact with them beforehand. This is frustrating. A day before I load the wallet with a good amount of money and the next day you block me and now there is ZERO response. @FinMinIndia
