    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've recently created a paytm acnt and added money to make payment, which was not permitted as it ask for kyc. I have provided my aadhar & pan twice & also other info asked yet its not activated, if I don't get it done or my money back I'll go legal help.

    @Paytmcare i am facing very big problem from paytm. I am complain many times to customer care but every time he or she said your previous complain is closed. Please give me the detail to open a new complaint. Its happened again and again. I do not give my resolution till now.

    Hi @Paytmcare I request to restore my old account and update email id in new account via a ticket but it's more than 10 days no resolution provided, don't know whats going on either your support team not able to understand my issue or they don't know how to resolve it.
