  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  @Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

  @deepak10936266 @Paytm They just fooling the customers by saying 24x7 support. Also they rob you by charging late fees even you pay in time, just by keeping the payment in processing state. They Digital dacoits we can't even contact them. If we raise ticket, they keep it pending.

  @Paytmcare I've a Paytm A/C and added money in my Paytm wallet. 5th Aug 2022 I transfer to my bank account from the Paytm wallet. But I don't get money back in my bank account. Paytm Customer executive said already sent to my bank account and my bank manager said never seen any transaction
