@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare i no longer receive notifications or alerts of any transaction in Paytm. Plus your Paytm 24/7 chat option is useless why don’t you have a proper support like Amazon or other apps. You don’t care about your customers.

Hey @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Please Help, Got A refund of ₹1775 from Amazon Pay Later (Capitalfloat) to upi ID linked with paytm bank account but it was not credited here's the RRN 200413407932 provided by Amazon Pay please check details where's money.
