Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytm Why offer postpaid services and insanely doesn’t allow for your own Paytm fast tag? No customer care center in general for a any questions. No update when it was removed this service. We are stuck on highway. No more Paytm.Removing your tags and apps. Ty for poor services.

@Paytmcare I've lately came to know that the @Paytm ph no. will be displayed in recipient's bank statement, as the upi id was the same as my ph no. I'll switch to @PhonePe if you can't help me with this. As they have a custom upi id feature, that can help with my privacy concern.
