Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar ticket :- 200010292722 closed without resolution. in DM you mentioned Rs3 credited however as part of the offer Rs50 to be credited. No one responsible for the resolution of the issue. Fraud and Scam by Paytm. No more transaction unless issue is resolved.
