    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Dear Paytm this is my last hope to resolve my issue. I've been calling you from last month about the deduction in my payment settlement. On 9th October my collection was 2390₹, but next morning only 1265₹ have been settled.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare You guys have totally messed my with my soundbox issue. I bought Soundbox with one-time fee but when it was sent for replacement I was sent one with monthly rental plan, when sent back, was again sent another soundbox with monthly rental plan.
