@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Day before yesterday my brother has paid @Adani_Elec_Mum bill and i was unaware of it and when I paid it yesterday with @Paytm they accepted it. How is it possible ? Once paid, it shows that the bill is paid. Same happened with @mahanagargas bill. Please help me in getting refund

Hello @Paytm, Please help me resolve my problem with this failed payment refund, I tried to book gas cylinder from your mobile app and the order "ID 17303082340" was unsuccessful but payment was deducted from my Paytm saving bank, It's been more then 48 hours, still nothing.
