  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  @Paytm I am a regular customer of paytm from last 9 years and make continuous payment with paytm. But the one thing is not acceptable, I was use the paytm postpaid balance which is 146 rupees but due to some reason I had payment of 50 rupees and left 96 rupees.
