Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytm when you don't have proper information about tour operator than why are you providing ticket booking facility. Showing something else and getting something else. No positive response from customer care. Please stop cheating people. I am in bus right now and had to suffer.

I request @KotakBankLtd to inform me about failed payment status because 48 hours had expired. If you are not interested to come with positive solution than no problem. Iwill find a different alternative & listen @Paytm your payments also fail so do the business with transparency
