Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Paytm blocked my account with out any warning. What happen with my account I don't know He want a reason of receiving money in my account i tell him my customer buy sweet with my shop and he pay through UPI and next day Paytm blocked my account @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare .

@Paytm Best app for payment with great offers and an amazing customer support. Till date I had only 2 transactions failures during my nearly 2 years of heavy usage. Even these 2 were dealt very fast and efficiently with the customer service team. #paytmkaro
