Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Bought a car. Thought @Paytm to be the best option for @FASTag_NETC. Ordered it with excitement, not delivered yet, it's been a month. Raised complaint, ticket I'd: 3230497453 also. No support provided yet. Pathetic experience fro Paytm. Should have gone to any other vendor.

@Paytmcare worst ever customer care service ever. I recharged my @Paytm fastag on 30 October via cred app using my credit card and it’s transaction successful in cred app but amount not received in paytm yet. Than I raised complaint on it but paytm not resolve it yet.😡😡😡😡
