Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare doesn't even read queries properly. Gives copy paste replies, keeps on repeating the same question again and again and again. Harassing customers and nothing else. I have all the evidence and screenshots, but they still won't fix my problem.
