    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

    @PaytmMall selling bogus products on there sites. I bought one apple charging adopter two months back and from few days my adopter is not working, so i went to @AppleSupport apple service centre and they told me this is not the original charger.@Paytm

    Since past one week My Intraday prifits are not being credited. The customer Support has only one thing to say : "Wait till end of Day, your ledger is not updated. It takes T+2 days to settle your profits". It has been 7 Working days now @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney
