    Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm worst services on bus travel. Booked 2 tickets, 1 bus does not travels on the said route and other bus operator has already stopped it's service. Customer care not helping in any way and giving some or the other excuses. Order ID : 15804198077, 15803372495.
