Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

It is next to impossible to connect with the Paytm executive very poor experience if you want to transfer small amount it will get transferred but if amount is big it will definitely get stucked now you keep taking follow up from Paytm to bank. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare @Paytm I don't know why you guys don't provide customer support calling facility. No every issue your AI is able to understand and not everytime one can wait for resolution based on AI. Because next day you will charge fee against it on Paytm postpaid bills.
