Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytmcare i have taken 2000 rupess using paytm post paid wallet and i repaid it before time!! today it was asking to pay the service charge which was 48rs..and i paid it..but still showing to pay it..and i paid again but its still showing to pay and now post paid is shwng error.

@Paytmcare you say minimum balance to maintain for fastag is 150. But at 250 you disable my fastag saying low balance and have to pay double toll. Also app based support is pathetic. What to do?

Today my bill has been generated for paytm postpaid and I'm the good customer of paytm i did almost 50k to 60k Rupees transactions in a month and the postpaid bill they charging me 250+ rs even I'm paying on time. #Itsucks. #pathetic #Paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmPostpaid_
