    Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    @Paytm Paytm is the worst, horrible service.I had booked my air ticket through Paytm,air ticket has been refunded to Paytm but Paytm is not returning my 25k to me several requests we raised but no rsponse,they have been torturing mentally to us.Paytm is useless worthless hopeless
