Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@Paytmcare @abccare Till now no response from either of the parties . Loan amount didn't received to my account till now.But in paytm it is showing money already got disbursed on 8th December .No proper replay from customer care.who is responsible for this mess up.
