Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytm I have also replied multiple times and complained multiple times for same issue. Yet problem is not yet resolved. I need Customer Care Number. Nodal officer Number. This is not done. I have been charged unnecessarily. This is unfair. And support system is unhelpful.

@Paytm Ever since I enabled Paytm Postpaid, the whole system has been a big pain in the wrong place. Looks like its intentional to not remind customers for due dates so that you can charge them the late fee. No way to reach a human through your chat support.
