Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare I’m not happy with my recent experience of credit card payment through paytm. It shows successful but money wasn’t credited to credit card. I tried to reach out customer care but only getting bot replies even in the app I’m not able to raise a ticket. #PoorExperience

Portability of Fastag wallet, anyone? UPI/Wallet linked Fastag works better than a separate Fastag wallet itself as one needn't separately load money in the former. @NHAI_Official @FASTag_NETC A happy customer of @Paytm Fastag.
