    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

    @Paytm Sir, your customer support has been unable to solve this issue despite downloading another app as told by him. So I have no option but to wait for whatever number of days you take for verification. Your processes are defective.

    @Paytmcare @consaff @vijayshekhar My refund is still pending. 7 working days are up already. Do not reply with automated canned replies now. Its so embarrassing that a firm like paytm has to be chased so many times. No regard for a fellow Indian's hard earned money.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Very poor service from you guys... my transaction worth 1150 deducted from my account and not reflecting in merchants...and now you as well as the merchant denies any responsibility. Should I switch to use @GooglePay.
