Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Both the customer service executives are giving excuses and excuses to send my refund. Flipkart is saying Paytm will help and Paytm is saying Flipkart will help. Seriously the worst experience with Both I will file a legal case in consumer forum now! @flipkartsupport @Paytmcare

Transferred Rs 20 K to a vendor through Paytm UPI on 10th Oct and still didn’t received by Vendor and didn’t return to my account also after 38 days even. Tried to connect to Paytm customer care several times the app has limitations. @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
