I did transaction using @Paytm on 19/12/2022 but the transaction went on pending and the amount got deducted from my account but it was not reached on the other side till now. I raised ticket and they keep saying it will complete in 2-4 working days,customer care also not working

Fed up with @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 1. I have raised more than 10 requests to transfer my KYC 2. Tried calling customer service multiple times. 3. Shared my docs so many times. 4. Visited KYC centres 5. Finally had a word with your officer Ishwar singh no help!

@Paytm @Paytmcare We had a paytm soundbox. Now it's not of use to us so we want 2 terminate its service. Mailed u with ticket id 5040423628. In a reply, I got an offer 2 keep using it. But I want 2 terminate the service. Not getting any reply after that. More than 10 days passed.

Hey @Paytmcare IDK how but 1550 got debited from my paytm bank without me doing it neither I got any msg from paytm regarding this and this transaction only shows in my passbook. That money was sent to some unknown person that I don't know. Please do look into this and help me
