Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@FASTag_NETC @Paytmcare which I uploaded well in time. But even then paytm dedcted the amount on false claim by toll plaza. Now they are telling we have asked for refund from toll plaza and they will reply in 20 days. Like this they cn deduct any amount from any customer. Pl help

@Paytm Paytm Payments bank charge back services is vary bad for us this is vary wrost service and paytm care also so 1 month completed and not refund my money till date, many times call customer care and many time raise our tickets but not a faithful service provider paytm

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank Hey ,i found 1 user on your platform who is doing cyber frauds and today he did with me. I know as i receive msg . his ac no.and ifsc which is of paytm.His account:918537846528 IfscPYTM0123456 He has done a cyber fraud of rs1700 today.please block him.

@Paytmcare @rajputnachiket I do not understand why you do not dump it. I have dumped it. I use only iMobile app of ICICI Bank. These third-party apps are of no use. They bring only problems. Today, when all banks provide the UPI feature, even then why did you choose to use a useless third party app?

@rajputnachiket @Paytmcare During the last part of 2020, there were many PayTM KYC frauds. But, PayTM never bothered to alert its users through its notifications. It shows it is not at all a customer-centric company, it is only aiming at money-making.

@GooglePayIndia You also know what error customer sees - infact the error is so prominent that @Paytm now shows them in their advt. as well
