Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytm I've never come across such greed & unfriendly customer support by a postpaid service like yours the very first time i used it & was unable to make payment on due date which i planned to because of bank issues only to hear the inconsiderate statements made by your CC.
