Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@Paytm you should take your pos machines seriously especially in small cities. Traditional pos machines charge a lot per transaction. Many shopkeepers ask for 5% extra if we pay via debit/credit card. You can tap into this space. In big cities this is not a issue.
