    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    Worst customer care @Paytmcare @Paytm They have tried automating the whole support but never forgot to keep any option for addressing specific queries. Bots sitting on call as well msg. PayTM mall seems only to sell and mint money, Keeping customer service at bay. #lastorder

    Hi @Paytmcare , I did a Rent payment through my credit card of ₹40,000. It has been in processing status since 2 days now. Being a loyal customer, didn’t expect such service from @Paytm . I’d be obliged, if my problem gets resolved asap.

    @TheMuthootGroup @Paytm We have been calling the customer care numbers and they had initially asked us to show Paytm proof. When we showed them the proof of payment the customer care guys are telling that they still haven't received it yet. How is this possible. 3/n
