@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Useless and worst service ever seen. From few days my Paytm wallet is not working and showing need to update KYC. I updated it on 15th May 2022 and got a ticket no 3178682464, since than it is no resolved and showing will be resolved in 2-3 days. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare I had ordered a new machine G2 from Paytm . The service executive took the entire money from me but delivered me an old machine and with even the charger not working.. I called him within 5 mins after left and he did not bother coming back until now.. TID - 10677391
