Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytm People keeping money in say Person "A PayTM Wallet user" can't transfer money to other PayTM user say "B PayTM user" who have PayTM UPI linked to their banks from"A PayTMWallet user" balance. Its a problem. Resolve this problem.

@Paytmcare Received paytm merchant sound box and QR code yesterday, both are linked to another merchant. Called customer support, no response; technician was supposed to visit yesterday itself. Already regretting getting this.
