  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I’ve recently encountered an issue with my movie booking with Paytm. You guys have automatically added cancellation protection to overall bill. I rarely use Paytm to book movie tkt hence wasn’t aware how Paytm booking works..
