Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

The customer service levels of @Paytm epitomised by support team flatly refusing to address my complaint. And then "CEO" @vijayshekhar not even responding to my email for 3 days. No wonder they haven't posted a profit and never will. Customers will always leave. I'm leaving today

Update: the issue was resolved and I was able to do the transactions. @Paytm @Paytmcare you need to do a lot of improvement in your customer care if you have so many services. With such a delayed response you are going to have more churn rates.
