  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  @Paytmcare I myself has mentioned that it is showing the payment will be processed to landlord account in two working days. Read my comments and address my concer appropriately.. if its not possible let me know so that i can take it to a different direction
