Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@jagadish_bbsr @Paytm @Paytmcare I guess u too have a lot to discover yet.just wait for a refund for any failed txn and u will find how this 24*7 help section will serve and only bot responses will make u insane with no solution or discover here on twitter too for n number of case which will make my point valid
