Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@FernsNPetals @Paytm A zero class service you have... We have order Rakhi to USA and the delivery date was 19th Aug, till now you have not couriered the Rakhi and when I'm trying to connect with you on the customer care number & as soon as I click 3 to track the order, call gets disconnected...
