    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    @Paytm worst service, #fraud I booked my bus tickets on 5th Feb bangalore to goa which was at 7:15 pm. When I called the driver at 6:30 he informed me that the bus was cancelled without any notifications. I raised a ticket for a refund but till date I haven't received any update.

    Never ever use @Paytm Paytm can block credit freeze anytime. And the Paytm customer service will not help yo to unfreeze your account I am facing the issue since 2 month and still not solve my problem. I complaint about this concern almost 10th time but...
