  @Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  @Paytm @Paytmcare looks like its easy to get US visa but cant get your customer support to talk. Pathetic system Where i cant even getting an option to talk to a human only bots are sitting there to respond with 0 logic Can someone connect with me urgently
