Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@flipkartsupport @Paytmcare I ordered on 7th oct 2021 on flipkart using paytm wallet. Paytm shows txn successful and gave a txn id but flipkart shows order is not placed and not refunding my amount. I see several similar issues reported on this platform as well. Please look.
