Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@vinorao999 @Paytm @PaytmBank Seriously yrr very pathetic service from paytm payment bank it's been four days but still not received refund I must say google pay is better then paytm atleast they give refund under 3 days but paytm my transaction failed on 9th janurary but still not received my money

@Paytm very disgusting service from paytm i must say @GooglePayIndia is better than you atleast they give refund on time if the transaction is failed but paytm doesn't. It's been 4 days still not received my money back in my account seriously pathetic service. I will uninstall.
