Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@Paytmcare I dont want reply dear team I need issue to be resolve on priority as today is the last day to avail the enhanced limit . Earlier also aditya birla group extend the postpaid limit of 10000 last year but you degraded that to 4000 on name of technical issue
