@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

I even registered a complaint with the customer's bank with customer support on 15 December @TheOfficialSBI with case id 847660695 .@Paytm is not taking this matter seriously, even after multiple subsequent complaints they are telling the same thing that money is refunded.
