It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.
