Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@AhireKappy @Paytmcare @Paytm hello Paytm also send dispute form in DM nd apps but no rply nd complaint register 31 August atm transaction failed 24 days over no registered my complaint 10 thousand rupees cut my account I think 30 days over no complaint register so I losed 10000₹ very wrost service 🤬😡🤬

Again it is going to complete another 72 hrs but my fastag not activated and fastag wallet not created yet.from 7.9.21 to till date the issue not resolved.thats why I told your fastag service is one of the most worst service I experienced.@Paytmcare
