  @Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  @Paytm I paid Rs.8800/- to RIGI on 24/12/2022 using Paytm postpaid. Rigi refunded the same amount on 16/01/2023 but it didn't reflect into my Paytm postpaid account. Please look into this. Gave many complaits regarding this. They were giving a chat box to raise the issue.
