  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  @Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

  Firstly @Paytm has miss sold the product. In the name of gift card u guys sold me promo code. There is no proper response for that issue. Now u guys conveniently changed the validity period? Is this the right way of doing business? Also u have a pathetic customer support.(2/n)

  @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month

  Hi @Paytmcare, I'm facing Error [61009] – "Malicious application detected" on Paytm v10.83.5. All other UPI and banking apps work perfectly on the same device. This issue is only with Paytm, so I'm uninstalling it. Please investigate and fix this.

  @Paytmcare Your support system is pathetic, no agents, no support, only AI bots. Tickets raised but no resolution. No callback. I need my refund which has been initiated by airline long back now
