Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytm @Paytmcare I changed my regd. mobile number to the current one and now Paytm app is saying that the present number is not linked with my HDFC Bank account!! Even though it is linked. Customer care is non existent in the app. Any other way? Or should i switch over to Gpay
