Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare I raised this issue on 2-Aug and now it's been more than 7 days. Very bad. I want to close this loan but don't know, You guys don't have an answer for this. Your interface of the loan is completely out of date. Charging extra on due dates itself.😡
