@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Yes! I Use @Paytm more than any banking application. Reasons are very simple : 1. Never failed my transactions when my transaction is really important. 2. Never had server issues. 3. @Paytmcare gave me with lots of better offers and Never fooled me. Let me Thank them 🙏

@Paytm Yes you say to DM the details about the problem facing and then vanishes into thin layer. Paytm helpline never works. No complaint redressal. Dont use #paytm use instead bank applications atleast they listen to you.
