Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytm can you please tell me how to prevent my demat account from getting opened at your end - i unwittingly did the KYC for it - there is no option to cancel it - @SEBI_India should not there Be an option for someone to stop an application in process - the Paytm site has none
