Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

I feel like did a mistake after buying @Paytm box for my firm. Lot of issue while accepting payment. One who sold this box to me is not accepting call. Also not satisfied from customer care service. Would not recommend anyone to purchase this.

@Paytmcare I have been logged out of Paytm can’t log in to my account. Someone tried to log into account from some other device few days back. It wasn’t me. Now when I try to log in the account it directs me to sms link, asks me to punch in otp which is not sent every time I click on link.

Very frustrated @paytm @paytmpayemnt is dealing this it's quite surprising how a random guy gets to know that I'm facing issue with paytm postpaid payment while having chat with paytm 24*7 support guy. This can't be a coincidence ,it makes someone from paytm is also involved here
