Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@SnehSays @Paytmcare Very poor service and attitude. Imagine the mental trauma a girl goes if she misses her flight and nowhere to go at 11 pm at night that too in Delhi. The reason was the poor upkeep of the bus and poor due diligence by Paytm. Both are responsible and should make up for the loss.
