    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    Hello @flyspicejet , @Paytmcare has not received the refund yet what is going on from yr side ?? I want my refund as it's more than 12 days gone. One thing I have to say both paytm and spicejet don't care for customer. PNR : NGNL3N Other details already sent u so many times.

    @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service

    Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled from Kotak Ac. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare @KotakCares
