    Hey your customer service so weak not able to solve my query i have made a merchant transactionon 3rd October 2021 of 1272 i have not got refund for failed transaction i have to take legal action now and along with compensation @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hi @vijayshekhar sir, sorry for reaching out to you but after wait of 2 month still my issue has not been sorted out and customer care also making me run for chasing the update. I have raised issue with twitter team but still no luck. Sorry to say but team shows poor service.
