    @Paytmcare Bus is already gone, I want my 75% refund. @vijayshekhar see how they set priority. They have enough time to cancel my ticket, but they're busy to create ticket id, everytime. From now I will always prefer original bus service provider over B2C website like paytm.

    @Paytmcare Sir you didn't give me a correct answer of my question i know the refund will come within 5-6 days but today is the 7-8 days ago i didn't receive my refund then what can i do you think that we are mad now see what we Indians do now i register a complain on consumer support

    @Paytmcare 63 days passed no resolution provided month after months are rolling but this paytm dont give a ****. Waiting for 7th Sept on which they will impose another penalty on previous penalty this is the game😡😡😡

    rise support ticket on 10th Aug but didn't receive any update. Ticket # 5962967 Kindly provide me a satisfying answer. I am not using razorpay as my default payment gateway from last 15 days just because of your poor customer service. Now I am using @Paytm as my PG
