  @A11LNIII @Paytmcare Customer care service is terrible. Limited questions so if your problem is different you can't chat. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. You have to go through 5 steps on the IVR 😡😡

  @Paytm Dear Paytm Team, I was use the paytm postpaid service, i am now job less and i was not able to make the payment on time, but today i made the payment. And i saw paytm charge late fee rs. 500. I request you to kindly wave off these charge and accept my apology. Thanks
