    @Paytmcare I have been trying to contact to get my refund for a payment I made through Paytm UPI. Extremely disappointing customer service. No source of contact, no email id or call service agent. The automatic helpline number doesn't solves. More than a month now!!!

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I have been trying to sort a paytm postpaid issue availed by a deceased individual and I have reached out to clix finance, informed paytm twice with zero luck. Is there a deceased procedure you guys even thought about? #unreal
