@Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare i have oaid my electricity bill via credit card but 30 rs. extra you levied on my bill as a convience fee. but you did not inform/ mention it before proceeding the payment. and there is no option to connect with customer care person.

@kunalb11 Sir yesterday morning I paid my credit card dues through CRED still is not yet credited to my account. There is no response from your customer care executive after several follow ups. In @Paytm it is credited instantly then why CRED is taking so much time.Plz help

@Paytmcare After so many attempst and waiting time i am not able to find the proper soltuion of my issue, i have no option but to file a police complaint against this fradulent behavious from paytm and this will make other poeple to be more cautious while taking loan from paytm
