@Paytmcare @PaytmBank I'd number 3144602894 ticket . A person sent me 15500rs to my bank account through Paytm app using punjab national bank payment was successful but i didn't recieve payment in my Paytm payments bank account. Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible

@Paytmcare i am fed up of Paytm, there is no way to call or reach customer care the chat option has pre build questions nothing to do with what i am trying to solve. Can never reach chat agent. I never get notifications or upi notifications for payment. Third grade support.

@Paytm I have got scammed and harassed on the platform and there seems to be no help even after reaching out the "24x7 support system". I need serious action to be taken against this cyber crime.
