@Paytmcare I am trying to close my existing Paytm loan since yesterday and it’s not allowing me to complete transaction; each day interest being cumulated for the paytm issue. Today I tried via from 2 banks and the same got failed and both refund initiated (will take 7 days).

@Paytmcare @paytm having login issue with Paytm First Citi bank card. Not able to login from your app. It redirects to Citibank login page but once OTP entered it says OTP is wrong. Citibank says they stopped their relationship with you & further won’t be able to pay the dues

@Paytm after regularly trying trying to connect to the @Paytmcare and not getting any response to my issue I pretty much shocked. Sometime back when google server was down #paytm was thr 1st to make fun of it. What about the services that youbare giving to your customers.
