    @Paytmcare After recent update evrytime we open app of @PaytmMoney or website need to enter OTP. IT'S time consuming. So, can we have facility like it's there for selling stocks that once a day only OTP needed to login and not everytime we open account on app or web?

    @Paytm Great metrics. But, no quality of service. I see no customer care representatives to answer a call at Fastag department for 2 days. I goes on waiting queue forever. App don't have an option to deactivate and I don't see a mail id to write. DEAD END

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Automated E-bills on Paytm. Noticed that I underpaid few bills and incurred late charges, overpaid a bill that isn't adjusted. Last 6 months, cost of using this service to me is 133/-. I feel a need to verify all transactions. Customer Trust 📉📉📉

    @Paytm @Paytmcare what kind of customer executives you have.. Requested to chage the new number in old kyc accounts 3 month back and they are not able to do it.. Just askimg for same confirmation and documents again and again and again.. Fadeup
