    Very disappointed with @Paytm and @intercityIN service today. Booked bus from BLR to GNT(boarding 8:15pm). Got sms saying bus is delayed by 15mins. But the buss actually left at 8:15pm-no call or help from operator,called support they falsely claaimed they called me 4 times.

    @ThetaVegaCap @Paytm lost their ground due to their terrible services . They took months to refund money on cancelled tickets and they don't even have a customer care service. No wonder they lost

    @paytm @nuegoindia Booked 11 July, 11PM bus via Paytm. Bus left at 10:30PM — no prior info. Got call at 10PM while coming from Hisar. Family (incl. sick cousin) stranded all night. No support, no reschedule. Refund needed. PNR: 9915666 Worst Bus. #Neugo #PaytmCare #TravelFail
