AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?

Mohit Bisht (@MohitBi83724411) reported@Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

Md Shahzada (@Shahzada_77) reportedHi @Paytmcare, I'm facing Error [61009] – "Malicious application detected" on Paytm v10.83.5. All other UPI and banking apps work perfectly on the same device. This issue is only with Paytm, so I'm uninstalling it. Please investigate and fix this.
