    @vijayshekhar @Paytm You need to work on your customer service response, PayTM money was my go to app for all investments.. lately it's rejecting the payments, and the refund to the bank is taking 12-15days. Above all this, sweet f%*all templated responses are received through your customer care.

    @Paytmcare so basically @groww_cs is putting all responsibility on @Paytm that they didn't responded about the payment. Customer is encircled in the loop and faces absolute trouble
