  @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service

  @flyspicejet @Paytmcare @Paytm please update on this booking reference: 27438149596 and PNR: XCBMVC Refund has not been settled from Paytm side. SpiceJet has initiated the refund. Please check and update the ETA when I will get my flight refund. As it is past 10 working days.
