  @Paytm Your customer support is the worst. I have been trying to get my refund from August 22, 2026. But there is still no update from your side, just your annoying AI Amy, even on email, just Amy replies. I want my refund back by tomorrow. Here ends my patience.

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare its already more than a week you said ill get a link for payment never i got, even i called the customer care many time they will say the same again wait for the link, is there any process really set up by paytm to handle such cases at all? No one has any clarity

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytm @Paytmcare could you please give an update to your app to allow override having anydesk app or any other app at risk of owner to install and run. Your recent update is not letting me access your app unless I delete some other app. Pls let it bypass with warning.

  @Paytmcare i am not able to book nashik citilinc city bus tickets. Even i tapped on choose city there other options ahmdabad surat goa mumbai but there is no nashik city to choose. Please solve this problem
