@Paytm I had a message from paytm on 2nd July from my Paytm app regarding my l&t scooter instalment Rs 2905/- and i logged in from my debit card and it was debited and on 3rd July again same amount was debited from my account i raised the issue with Paytm but i did not responded

Air India customer Care agent is saying refund is not initiated and travel agency needs to talk to air India.
