    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why can't I simply close the Paytm postpaid account. Why have you made it such a hassle for a customer to leave? I don't find any option in the app neither you're bot allows to type or connect with a human! CLOSE THE ACCOUNT PLEASE! #PayTm

    @Paytm @PaytmMoney @PaytmBusiness Huge problem with connection customer support. There is no one who assisted you. There is only one option 24x7 portal where you can’t write your issue, only you can have few option which is not related to your issue.
