@Paytmcare that's why no Indian business grow after a certain level becoz of their greater carelessness to wards its customers. Phonepe is 3times bigger than you but still it gives utmost priority to its customers but see ur poor customer service...

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have my fastag linked to my Paytm Wallet and the wallet has been frozen, forcing me to go to a store and complete KYC. I've done that too. But, my wallet is still frozen. I'm paying double charges at tolls. No proper customer service.
