    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Publicly you say the issue is being resolved, but in Direct Message you are clearly stating that ₹200 cashback cannot be given. This is contradictory and misleading.

    My flight from BOM to HDO booked via @Paytm was cancelled due to bad weather. The airline has already processed a full refund, but I still haven’t received it from Paytm. There’s also no way to reach customer support. Please look into this and update me. @Paytmcare

    @PaytmBusiness Thanks to ANKIT TIWARI from @Paytm @PaytmBusiness for handling my issue n resolving it promptly. My issue is now solved, rental charges n extra deductions have been restored to their original as they were previously. I hope Paytm continues to provid such better servc in future

    @PaytmTravelCare Absolutely shameless service by @Paytm. Refund not received even after countless reminders and calls Worst customer support ever. Both refunds stuck at the same stage till date Booking IDs: 6039421294,26038784803. Once payment is done do customer mean nothing? Where is our money?

    @Paytm There is no update from you @Paytmcare @Paytm since 10th Dec for the issue I have reported. When you are not capable to assist then why you do time pass by asking customer details and issues?

    @OfficialSBICare @Paytmcare @UPI_NPCI 487 rs was debited from my SBI account via Paytm, but the transaction shows Payment Failed and the amount is not credited back yet. UPI Transaction ID:536079680464 On 26dec 4:18PM,Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
