    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Totaly annoyed with customer care services. your executives making fools by putting us on hold for hours and hours without solving my problem. Atlast we have to cut the calls. Can U please tell me the procedure to get rid off from ur QR code & sound box

    One of the dumbest transaction app we ever had @Paytmcare @Paytm ...don't had any assistance help for Paytm postpaid still they inserted in app....even the users finding difficult to know whether they need to pay the paytm postpaid money or not

    @Paytmcare secondly i am told on WA by your customer care that you hv blocked my account. i use only wallet and thats always prepaid. so i dont understand the logic. i am told i need to enter 10K to my wallet. why?

    @flipkartsupport @ICICIBank_Care I was ordering through flipkart and paid the amount using upi but the amount got deducted from my account and order was not Successful It showed server error in flipkart app but the money got deducted. Kindly refund it immediately @Paytmcare

    I once use @Paytm postpaid, but after using it they close my postpaid services because there financing partner had been changed, they issue me a no dues certificate,But what now,it becomes a nightmare for me, they reported credit bureau that I have pending dues. Don't use @paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmPostpaid_ very horrible experience with paytm postpaid. Not any customer support. They have charged too much amount on my late payment. According to the late payment chart thay have charged 150 Rs more.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare good job guys, for crediting money into wallet, NO KYC issues. Now when I want to use my money, you state that I have Min KYC and not onboarding full KYC now. Is this any less than cheating me of my own money ?? 😡
