  @Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service ever. I have recharge fast tag and haven't received balance. Raised complaint but no one is reached to me. It's more then 32 hours and unable to call on customer care. It's fraud and will file legal complaint againts it.

  It’s been more than six months that I have complained @Paytm for fasttag not working. Now I approached again for the same and received reply to wait for few more weeks. Does updating profile take that much time… #incompetent service.

  @Paytmcare credit card payment is failed but the amount is deducted from the bank account more than a day is passed but amounts get not reversed in bank account and no support provided by @Paytm really disappointed by this type of service
