  @Paytm Allows to create multiple account with same mobile number. While updating KYC throws error as document linked to another account(which is same mobile number) Allows add money to wallet. But doesnt allow to tranfer as KYC not done. Wah Paytm wah

  @Paytmcare Neither there is an option to write a custom message, nor an email address. There is no way in paytm to connect the customer support. I ordered earphones and got defected item. I tried to contact the customer support. But I couldn't find a way.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Im looking for a customer support here, as Im still awaiting a refund order no - 14458645572 from Paytm towards a failed transaction ID:1265518248 I have been trying to reach a customer support on call but the IVR doesn't recognise my transaction ID to go ahead.
