@Paytmcare @Paytmcare Let’s be clear: During the recharge, the T&C for DOUBLEWIN was not shown. Whether it was a technical glitch or any other reason, the fact remains that I was misled into recharging, because if I had seen the T&C, I would not have used Paytm.

@vijayshekhar This is extremely disappointing. SpiceJet initiated my refund on Dec 22, and I raised a ticket on Dec 24. It’s been over 7 working days, yet I only get automated replies while @PaytmCare holds my money. Resolve this urgently #PaytmRefund #ConsumerRights
