@Paytm paytmcare is useless and fake. They r not replying to the query asked rather just answering off the topic . I am genuinely dissatisfied with paytm customer service. Called customer care and he instead of helping , hung up the phone.

If someone has the updated address on their aadhar card then just update the damn address in the payments Bank man, what approval and checks are you waiting for. It's real surprise to see an startup working with such laid-back attitude @Paytm @vijayshekhar

Hey @Paytm ! I'm unable to add money to Paytm savings account. It produces error that account is temporary disabled or exceed payment amount limit. I tried checking for KYC details, it says the account is fully KYC. Besides update my PAN too, nothing happened. Plz. help !
