Fed up with my PAYTM payment bank account. The amount which got stuck duev to limit issue hasn't been resolved yet. Its been more than 2 weeks. And customer cares reply is irrelevant from what the matter is.@Paytm

@Paytmcare Hello, I made a payment of Rs.149 for recharging my jio number on 25 th May at 1:46 pm. My card was swiped and the money got debited but there was no recharge made. I was waiting for refund till now but I guess I'm not getting my refund back . Please help me with this.

I would like to share my personal experience with PayTm. I had raised an issue several times but still it is not being resolved. Very poor service of Paytm and unprofessional behaviour of CLIX finance people. Avoid using @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney #ShamlessPeople

@MobiKwik After paying you transaction change approx 1.75% you stuck my money saying technical problem. who is responsible for that.... who will pay the interest for the money which you keep with you as loong as you want. You should learn from @Paytm how to provide good service
