@Paytm your customer care is ****. My paytm postpaid limit is 1000 rs and the convenience fee you charged is 97rs…i dont even need paytm postpaid..this is crap and you domt even have a dedicated department …its heartbreaking to have to leave your platform but bye

@Paytmcare I cleared all of the outstanding amounts in December 2022, but I've been following up with Paytm grievance officer and nodal officer via email for the past two months. in order to deactivate my postpaid account.They just respond,need some more time to resolve the issue

@Paytmcare Very poor customer care services of Paytm. Purchased sound machine and membership approx 7 months back. Facing issues with the sound machine past 1 month. Despite of several calls and reminders the issue still stands unresolved.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I booked plane tickets via Paytm and both of my tickets got cancelled automatically didn't received refund no update on 24x7 support. Status visible as refunded. Why it is 24x7 support when nobody is going to answer on chat or call?

@PhonePe I feel that every evening the phonepe is on the verge of dying, after about 6 in the evening it starts to slow down and around 7 it is almost silent, and then it is at 10 in the night. Occurs when @Paytm is running properly, Think about it
