Help! @Paytm @Paytmcare I have money in my wallet and I cant seem to transfer or pay. My UPI is working and your chat bot keeps telling me the other person isn't authorised for paytm. Not true, I transferred recently up until 10 days ago. Now no transactions go through.

many representative came to our place, they said they will send someone but no one came. @PaytmBusiness @Paytm customer service is worst. They don't care. one representative said it will be resolved in 2 days yet no one called or came.
