    @Paytm Paytm team, my Paytm app keeps crashing immediately with rooted device detection on Realme 5i (Android 10). Now my account is also blocked while logging in. Please help unblock it urgently.

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar
