    I am writing here to don't buy Paytm soundbox from wherever. There are high rental charges without prior notice and also not customer support when needed. Only fool bots are the customer care. Fraud Paytm.@PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare
