@ANANDBHALAWI @Paytm Same happened with me brother, I had make recharge of Rs 899/ for jio phone on 22/09/2022 via Paytm. #Paytm debited my Rs 899 and forgotten to give me services. Many times I coordinate with paytm customer care firstly they agreed to refund me the amount but now they refused.

@Paytmcare Dear @PayTM If you are unable to solve my concern then, tell me, I will never ever use PayTM again. My issue is not resolved for over a month. On Dec 01, in-app care team assured to get back with update on Dec 05. But they haven't showed up yet. Ticket# 22100022768 @vijayshekhar
