    @Paytmcare even after so many reminders paytm is not terminating my Soundbox services as it is not working since long time, i am being charged monthly charges without usage @RBI plz look into this

    @Paytmcare Ticket number 5034832802 was shared with me on Oct 19, almost a month gone, no resolution to my complaint regarding sound box. Kindly stop deducting monthly rental as the same is not working else u may have to knock doors of court.

    @Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I don't know why you guys don't provide customer support calling facility. No every issue your AI is able to understand and not everytime one can wait for resolution based on AI. Because next day you will charge fee against it on Paytm postpaid bills.

    @Paytm is a fraud company which utilities the payment money for free within their account for 4-5 days and then creating a problem to account holders of Paytm #piyushgoyal please take earlier action to avoid bigger scams .

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare You've been sending me scary push notifications for over a month until I complete my KYC for Equities forcefully. It's been over 30 days since I've completed, I still can't invest in mutual funds via PayTM. And your help desk only has standard auto answers

    Machine is been returned on 12 may 2022 and money was supposed to be returned back by 10 working days. But still haven’t received money after EDC was been picked up @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi @Paytmcare, Booking ID / IRCTC Transaction ID: 100006677765596 UPI Reference No.: 618118478133 The booking failed, IRCTC has confirmed that the refund has already been sent to the bank, but the amount is still not credited to my account. Kindly check and help.

    @Paytmcare Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Once the payments are a success, only your Bank can help you further to raise a fraud dispute. Please let us know if you need any guidance in raising this and I can walk you through it over a call.
