@Paytmcare @Paytm 24x7 Customer Support only in Chat l, no Customer care contact number. I try today to Camplain in ChatBox, My camplain not listed. I selected " My Issue not Listed" Reply from Support " Thanks we are working for it " Exit. Worst Support. Not Trustable 😡

@Paytm @vijayshekhar if the refund is failing because of bank issues since months, why don't you use your own built systems wallet/upi. Making easier to take money, but can't apply same for returning 🤐

@Paytm @goairlinesindia I had booked a go air flight from Paytm with customer id 10465487837 . Paytm has confirmed that they have recieved the refund from go air but they have not refunded my amount even after multiple calls and follow ups. Pathetic customer support from Paytm.

Inspite of constant follow ups and calls with customer care executives the waiting period remains 3-4 weeks. The answers given by the support executives are not satisfactory as they are not able to provide me with a suitable explanation for the delay in the process. @Paytmcare
