@AllianceinIndia @Paytm @Paytmcare Dear Alliance Air On 16 January 2023, I booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Gorakhpur throught Paytm. On 17 january 2023 i got a email and sms from your side that due to some issue we cancel your flight and i initiated for full refund proces.

@Paytm Try to improve your quality service first rather than tweeting. Sometimes money gets deducted without successful payment and customer care doesn't care about it, sometimes they can't even provide us with proper resolution. Our money isn't joke.
