  @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.

  @Paytmcare Please stop cheating and looting people. My amount deducted timely and Paytm page didn't load. But you issue only partial refund. My alternate plan charge is not refunded. I have nit any service then how paytm can deduct these charges. Please issue refund @Paytm @vijay

  @Paytmcare @kunalku04394536 Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare Whenever I pay something, it is going into automatic payments. Very bad. If I buy once course form a website, it doesn't mean that I pay regularly for the same course. STOP this automatic payment option.
