  Took a big L today. Somehow missed adding my surname in a @AkasaAir flight booked via @Paytmcare and now they're saying you cannot add a surname. No clarity on if I'll be allowed boarding or not and if they can help make a fresh booking. I keep finding ways to lose money 🥲

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.   @Paytm @Paytmcare and they confirmed that the refund was initiated from their end and that Paytm, being the booking partner, has to process the refund. I raised a support ticket on 26 May 2026 (Ticket ID: 200011749289), 2/3

  @Paytmcare From now onwards never using this **** Paytm ever. They just waste time. Today is my payment due date, and just now paid through Gpay and it got settled within 1 min and got confirmation from HDFC too. Never ever going to use this Paytm now. WORST. Don’t use this app. @Paytmcare
