The main issue is, you guys are showing the actual playstore code in the transaction message itself, which is by far the most ridiculous security compliance failure, & you guys own a bank too. #Irony #paytm.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Hi Paytm I have ordered a trolley from paytm mall.The luggage handle is having some issue and it is getting stuck.While the product page says I can return the order there is no option to return.When I try to contact customer care I have been directed to paytm.
