@Paytmcare @Paytm please share a customer care where we can call & speak with someone. Your bots are not good at all. App support also says 24X7 but opens to FAQ’s. It’s there no way a person can find any support from paytm

@Paytm I think it's stupid that there's no way to contact anyone to ask for Paytm postpaid system , I am a regular customer of postpaid and today when it offered me to upgrade my postpaid , I checked yes and now it says my pan is linked to another account when that's not
