@airindia @Paytm @Paytmcare - this is pathetic customer service. I have been trying to my to have a resolution for over 5 days, but air India and Paytm both are trying to put blame on each other and there has not been any update so far. Customer harassment at its best.

@Paytmcare This issue has been pending too long. Despite multiple follow-ups, there is no permanent resolution. Soundbox was promised as Zero Rental, yet charges continue to be deducted. Request urgent escalation and a final fix instead of repeated “team is working” replies. Please resolve.

Dear Paytm, We still haven’t received the refund processed by Indigo for the flight cancelled which was booked via your app with transaction ID 528914422039. We opened a support ticket 10 days back and there is no update till now. Kindly look into this @Paytmcare #Indigocrisis

@OfficialStarAir @Paytmcare Flight PNR - 11Z2SN from Nagpur to Kishangarh which was scheduled on 14/12/2025 was cancelled by airlines on 09/12/2025 but the refund is yet not credited to my account...you are making customer fool and using their money interest free! @DGCAIndia

It’s been over 10 days since my flight was cancelled(6E-6908), but the refund is still not credited IndiGo says the refund was processed to Paytm, but Paytm support has been unhelpful and no refund is received yet. Requesting urgent resolution. @IndiGo6E @Paytmcare

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant. Two Soundboxes delivered on 27 Oct were non-working since day one (no voice). Complaints raised but no resolution yet. Rental charges were deducted incorrectly. I want to return both. Please help urgently.
