@Paytmcare I don't expect @vijayshekhar to reply or do the work of customer service team but least you can do is ask your senior most technical team to look into this & resolve. A company is as good as it's customer service and if you can't win customers, they won't stick around either.

@paytm your customer care is just waiting for hours but no one picks up the call and online they say to call Where is my which got stuck by you since 60 hours no refund no reply . You guys seems fraud like this Please look into the issue @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare If there exists a REAL customer service team, please ask the senior most team to resolve this issue today itself. It's unfair to ask a customer to wait for over a week and show no hopes in the end. Do summon your CS team if you actually have any control on them @vijayshekhar

@paytmbankcare .@vijayshekhar .@paytm Please don’t say “We are here to help”. There is nothing you can do to help. There is no way to change or customize the BHIM UPI ID in paytm. Every other app allows you to customize the BHIM UPI ID

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar My Paytm Account is Blocked on 8th July 2022. I Raised a Complaint in Paytm app, Twitter, email No Response its 4 days. I don't know why these people blocked my paytm bank account. They are not replying proper information regarding account block.
