Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare, I have a Paytm Fastag account which i want to close, have been reaching the chat/customer support section, but no response since 2 week. I remember and cherished the Paytm customer support services once. Can't see 10% of that now. Kindly help me.

@paytmbankcare Thanks @Paytm for looking into this issue. @Uber Paytm support has confirmed that I need to connect with Uber. The workarounds suggested so far have not resolved the issue. The paytm wallet option is only available on Uber app and is currently not working.
