    @Paytm @Paytmcare It has been a week since my account has been blocked without any cause, and you suggested that it will be changed within 3-5 days yet my issue isn't resolved. You don't consider responding, you've been absolutely shameful with no sense of accountability at all.

    @lmPSBhandari @Paytmcare @RBI As a customer I want to remove all my transaction from paytm.. don't just mention malicious app detected.. show me where is the malicious app that you are reffering on my mobile.. I shared every screen shot of it but it's been 4 days no response.

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
