@Paytm Just got off a call with your helpdesk and the escalation desk. They have no clue on how to resolve the issue, instead rattling some scripted lines tagging policy changes which defies sensibilities. @vijayshekhar Trust this to be resolved on a priority.

@morukurthi @Paytmcare The issue of the accounts getting disabled or hacked is very frustrating, it’s a sad thing the support team is not doing anything about the complaints people are dropping. I will advise you to contact Al_unitech on Instagram to help you get back your account they are fast.

@Paytm @Paytmcare strange problems. I'm trying to close a fastag which is often used, but the app gives an error saying the fastag hasn't been delivered and that I should wait for delivery, after which the closure can be done.

@AmitDhu21126279 @Paytm Bro they are real theives, They only loot our money and then tell uou do those tasks which are impossible, using @paytm was my biggest mistake in my life. My all life saving are gone.. My paytm account is blocked from more than 4 months now, they are only giving false excuses.
