    @Paytm is so **** that ,they suggested me for an upgrade (savings to current )they said it’ll be done within 20 mins and it’s been 15 days and I got no update on it ,when I tried to contact customer service line and asked for closing my account they didn’t respond at all #paytm

    @BeShivaay_in @Paytm Same is the case with me but there is no help from paytm as there is no customer care management for paytm postpaid by them till date and this was said to me by their customer care persons only, complained many timew but no response

    @bordvekar_shyam @Paytmcare Yes, I have the same experience with Paytm. Their customer service is very pathetic . Nothing gonna w work for any query related to Paytm.
