@Paytmcare This should not take that much of time to initiate a refund. The case has been pending since last 7 months and you still want the customer to wait more. Is there any guarantee my issue is getting resolved?? Have stopped using your services due to bad CX exp.

@Paytmcare After opening account in paytm bank , gave credentials for getting payment from company but you're not ready to issue a cheque book for it since my pincode isn't covered in your delivery. I'm unable to change address too. worst experience ever.

@Paytmcare That's my problem still my due date is pending i.e, 07/08/2021 and there is already charges applied on it. My main amount is Rs. 4750/- and you are demanding Rs. 4862.10/- for no reasons. It means your are charging additional Rs. 112.10/- for the e- statement.
