I have never seen a more pathetic customer care service than that of @Paytm My round trip's both flights got canceled on May 7 from the Airlines' end. It's been almost 2 months and 15-20 calls but it's quite evident that @Paytm doesn't care and has just named itself as @Paytmcare

@BickyDRock @Paytm Punjab national Bank. Based on our past experience, banks take 2 working days to add the amount in the bank account. In case the receiver has not received the money, we suggest you to contact your bank- IDBI Bank and request them to raise a chargeback (2/4)

@Paytmcare I have booked the flight tickets on 21st June later cancelled on 28th June due to flight cancellation. On 29th I received a message the amount has been refunded to the debit card, till now I haven’t received a single penny. Your customer care is also not responding ?
