@EdgeNavn @Paytm These things are really common these days at paytm. My transaction also got failed. They have to stop their helpline service. They never responded on any matter. Paytm is losing our faith by these ridiculous things.

Firstly one of his friend send him Rs 500 to his account through @Paytm but he didn't get the ammount so he make a call for support at +918927152974 only once but after this I got many call about three to four times from the same number, was asking about his PIN.

Customer care generate all time new ticket but my ticket has been closed without any responce. So paytm is very poor service
