Hi @Paytm @AdityaBirlaGrp Today got approved in Paytm postpaid but when trying to activate it's Message like we capture your request i mean seriously I'm already a old postpaid user i Just reapply today please fix this ASAP thanks 😌!!

@JustAshish1039 @jasmeetwarraich @Paytm You will be appalled at their approach approach then you listen to the audio conversation. Wish they invested in actual 24x7 care which they worngly claim to have. IVR saying "call us during working hours" is not 24x7 help.

@Paytmcare worst customer care support I've ever seen in my life more than 100 times I request to unblock my account bastards no one ready to listen my problem i dont know why you guys sitting over there to make their customer bother you guys are good for nothing trust me.
