@GabbbarSingh I initially used @Paytm but later it stopped working and I could never got it working again so switched to google pay which is working perfect for me. @vijayshekhar was an acquaintance once so Paytm was my preference but unfortunately I had to switch to another UPI app.

@sagarcasm Nothing beats @Paytm in my view! Have traveled a lot and since covid never kept my wallet or cash, still never had to face payment problem once, because of Paytm 🙏

@nihal4828 @Paytmcare I too had the same issue once. It took around 2 weeks and a complaint i registered with my bank so that i got the refund. I suggest you do the same.

I paid for Paytm Postpaid 3 days ago on due date, payment is still in processing. Also raised ticket, No response its been 16 hours. Paid again with 885 late fees also still processing. Please help. @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmPostpaid6

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare In the mail it was clearly mentioned that convenience charges will be refunded as cashback. Kindly look into this otherwise I need to escalate this issue. I think by unfair means you have profit in EBITDA otherwise pehle toh hamesha negative tha.
