    I have booked a flight ticket from Paytm of indigo and there Is a minor correction required in name so nither paytm supports nither indigo supports and paytm never gets call connected to customer care and indigo airline says please contact to paytm @IndiGo6E @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service

    Pathetic service from @PaytmCare I’m trying to cancel my bus booking Order ID: 27509910728, but the app isn’t allowing me to cancel it. I’ve raised the issue through Help & Support, but the ticket is being closed without any resolution. This is frustrating and unacceptable.
