@paytmcare @vijayshekhar 48 hours, 2 days and no solution in sight. Ticket 200000190674. Useless msgs saying we are working on your problem pl bear with us and soon one msg saying we gave sent a DM where it will mouth the same platitudes. Tried again to set up upi lite without top up. To no avail. SICK! BEST TO SWITCH TO ALTERNATE!!!!

@Paytmcare disappointed with the customer suport of paytm, have been constantly writing to know the status of the refund that already been paid by icici to paytm but paytm is sitting over it and giving no information about it,recommend ppl to avoid paytm insurance ( TKT - 184165)

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Please delete my Paytm account it is my last decision. paytm is worth app & worth service care. form 28-9-2025 (04:00pm ) to till 29-9-2025 (04:30pm) no one can provide just 1 pdf. thanks. Sorry vijay Using the Paytm app was a waste of my life.
