    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Trusting paytm is pain now. I felt it when needed a cancelled cheque for changing my bank account in MF Folio. Going to help and getting a dumb AI is real **** paytm is doing.

    @Paytmcare What's the status? Its been more than 32 hours i got the gift card. I haven't recieved any update on this? How much more time you need to resolve the issue? You're holding 5000 Rs of mine. Mind it. Refund my money or rectify the error ASAP. #paytm #jockeyindia

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar it's very wrost service I raised issue couple of days didn't respond properly i paid assurance amount 580 somthing where is my travel voucher it's really disgusting service no one respond properly

    Kya ghanta application hai be tum logon ka , Every single time call comes or goes, it only goes to automated voice support, Not even a single Live agent @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Most useless customer service I have seen, only ******* boys, not even a single Live agent.

    Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level
