I booked a bus through paytm platform (Booking ID: 1946525) for travel on 14th Aug. Unfortunately, the bus broke down in the middle of the journey at around 4:00 AM, and as of now, it has still not been repaired. I need refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare

I reached out to @Paytm customer care and got this reply. They call it a “price spread” due to charges, GST, storage, etc. But here’s the problem: App already showed a gain and Selling on the same day gave me less than invested. This is beyond a normal spread looks like a scam.

Dear at @Paytmcare, @Paytm please help disable my Paytm UPI. Your app does not allow me to disable UPI. Meanwhile, you are allowing deduction from my bank account without asking for OTP.
