@nimmala @Paytm @swiggy_in I guess we should stop Using these apps for important payments or any payment for more then rs 100.. it can get real messy in case of a glitch. They do no have any system in place for instant resolution..

@Paytmcare Thank you but why this priority was not used at the time of raising issue? It was a small concern either to refund my money or send me insurance letter with correction or either share legal team contact to file complaint against you! That also was not shared

Two of my transactions failed, money out from bank to PayTM and @Paytm tells me to talk to Merchant. You are the bloody merchant. Is this how you are generating cash flow for your broken company?

@Paytmcare My brother used upi mode of transaction through paytm to send me money and it was unsuccessful.. After more than 2 days it got cancelled yesterday but the amount yet not credited to his account so kindly advice/help..
