    Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I paid ₹2,000 for a premium private bus because I had urgent work, expecting a reliable service. Instead, I was left stranded with my luggage. No proper customer support. No accountability. No refund. Never trust Paytm. Premium price, zero reliability. #CustomerExperience

    @Paytmcare Digital Gold bank verification issue still unresolved despite submitting all documents. “Exceeded 10 attempts to add bank account” error. Case IDs: 200012361000 & 200012375380. Please help urgently.@Paytm

    Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But u didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help
