@Paytm @Paytmcare turning out to be the most unsafe payment app.A transaction was made to WBSEDCL on 4/10/21 that failed.After repeated requests and submission of failure report from WBSEDCL, no refund has been initiated, neither any proper help is provided yet.Paytm isn't safe!

@Paytm this is the company which has no solution for their complains. I had cancelled my ticket which I have booked from Airindia ticket on 13 june 2021 and still awaiting for refund. When I called several times to their support number always told that highlighting your concerns.

Paytm fraud as they linked my phone number to any other account number and taken my 1000 rupees and when i am calling to the customer service they are behaving like **** and some executive name sonia is disconnecting the call and behaving rudely..want an answer.@Paytm @PMOIndia

@paytmbankcare Thank you for showing interest. I had a detail conversation with @Paytm 's help desk over call, from that what I understand is, paytm isn't following @RBI s guideline for bank and wallets. So don't worry I already sent the details to them.
