    @Paytm @AmreliaRuhez @GyanTherapy After reaching their customer support, they replied that I'm not eligible for this offer even after I only recharged 1 time in this month and the amount was 899 Rs. At least, don't make any fake offers to attract the customer.

    @Paytmcare you guys sent me a promo code for cancelling my bus and that promo code is already used!! Your stupid AI doesn’t help, how do I get it sorted? No humans? What are you doing for your customer service, it’s disgusting.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare worst payment application so far I have used. No customer service no help nothing can be hoped from your side. Don't force me to go for an ombudsman. No action taken till date.

    @Paytmcare This is not acceptable it's been 10 days, I have sent you multiple emails and follow up but not received any acknowledgement till now. This is your headache to deal with the bus operator you cannot stop the refund of the customer this is against the law. Initiate my refund.

    @Paytm @MoCA_GoI please help as Paytm is not replying on this. International roundtrip flights are cancelled by operator but Paytm is not responding. I had booked tickets through @Paytm . I have the cancellation confirmation from the airline operator as well. Already sent to paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have been using paytm from years. Always had a kyc account. Suddenly today the app shows Device integrity check failed Root access or system modification detected. Can you please look into it????
