    @Paytmcare I was trying to book train tickets via paytm UPI for which the transaction was successful but IRCTC declined the booking and now I am awaiting for a refund. Despite of trying hard to reach out to someone human,I am still hanging on, please help #paytmkaro #Paytm

    Worst customer support i have ever seen is from paytm.I raised a ticket to paytm postpaid on 27/12/2021 and they told to get back to me by 30/12/2021 but still no reply from them. Message them again and again but still no reply Ticketid22056433690 @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Hi, I had received 5000 CB points for making payment through Paytm on 14th Jan (Order Id - PE-1642142710665f42755a-1) & it said the points will be credited within 10 days, today is 25th Jan, 11 days passed & CB points still not credited to my account, kindly help

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm , There is an unknown transaction from my paytm wallet, through my credit card, which I am unaware of and doesn't show up in my passbook/history. Can u pls help? (As I don't see any "help" option in the app)

    Trying to book ticket since yesterday with @IRCTCofficial , had multiple transaction by @ICICIBank and @Paytm, amount deducted but ticked not confirmed showing error... rejected by bank Can't understand if amount deducted how bank rejected the transaction
