  @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets Stated that they can't cancel the movie tickets booking, how pathetic of a service can this be as multiple cinemas/booking apps have an option to cancel the tickets and a cancellation fee is applicable over it.

  @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets you guys are pathetic with the service provided wherein you don't allow customers to cancel a ticket which has been booked and as per various cinema outlets a part of cancellation fee is deducted and the rest is refunded back. Please stop selling tickets.

  and now existing clients stopped using the sim and because of no recharge sim card and service has been stopped permanently and then you are allotting that no to new clients if existing client has created a @Paytm account with the same no and the haven't deleted that account
