    @Paytmcare absolutely pathetic customer service. AI bot neither understands the query nor allows to connect to an agent. My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    Paytm interface is best in entire upi ecosystem as I think, but they never gives cashback and mislead customer with digital gold coin which has zero value, as per rbi guidelines, only sgb bonds and physical gold has a value, digital gold is useless and has no value @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I travelled by an auto today & paid via Paytm UPI. I left my watch in the auto. It has immense sentimental value to me. I have the UPI transaction details and the driver’s name, but not his complete contact number. Please help me connect with the driver. 🙏
