    @Paytm @vijayshekhar on the 3rd April 2022, at 4.53pm i had done a loan emi payment from your paytm but the payment was not received to the service provider as of now. kindly refund the amount asap.

    @Paytmcare My patients are not able to send money to my Paytm wallet due to some code related error in the QR Code. I contacted the Customer care / Paytm Assistant from my registered mobile no. without success even after wasting much time on calls / chat .

    @Paytmcare You guys blocked my account, being a old customer, and that chat bot says share your kvc then kyc with a selfie, sent the same 3 times and it closes the ticket. No one picks call from your team that IVR is sick. It doesn't want your guys to get disturbed and disconnectes.
