  Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

  There is no way to contact your support team. I raised a ticket, tried calling, and even raised my concern here, but received no response.Where am I supposed to get support? Who will compensate me for this issue? Isn’t Paytm responsible for resolving problems caused @Paytmcare

  How many ages more will you take to solve a simple flight booking issue?? @Paytmcare @Paytm if you're not competent enough to complete that booking why have you deducted money? Even if it's deducted what is taking so long to initiate for a refund?????
