@Paytmcare I have sent multiple emails and escalated this issue with the concerned bank who manages the clinics account where I made the payment and with your employee as well and I haven't received the amount yet. Bank has clearly mentioned the problem is at Paytm's end.

I am stopping using @paytm app completely till you fix this and refund my money. Besides, I am not going to leave it just here - it’s a FINANCIAL TRANSACTION and the FinMin needs to know if you can’t fix it. 😡
