Bank are not involved in app operations. The technical glitch for not proceeding with cancellation is of paytm but alas @Paytm is more interested to shell off from their work. No solution provided even after giving patiently enough time to solve the issue. (2/n)

@Paytmcare i know companies doesn't care about their paying customer. I have a fastag with ppb, whenever I reach a toll plaza, it shows low balance. Received a dm from your team that tag is fine and working. What should I do when this same message will appear on toll plaza?
