    @Paytm Need help with KYC for my father. He just installed @PaytmMoney app and want to do online kyc(digilocker). But unfortunately, he clicked normal and the option for digilocker kyc is not there. Is there any way to get the option again for Online kyc?

    Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that kindly look into the issue belowI transfered money to a merchant from paytm and the merchant never received this money nor I received it and the complaint has been closed stating the merchant had received @AxisBankSupport @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I have done full KYC process on video two days ago and my account continues to be suspended. I have written three memos stating the problem .My ticket no. 193498324.Nobody is there to advise the status.According toPaytm process my problem has been resolved.

    @Paytmcare Sir No one is listening ,nither Paytm side nor nbpcl side ,bill already paid but nbpcl are saying bill not paid ..so they have not deducted the amount and generated previous month bill to current bill ..PLZZ help me out ..I request you to solve ur issue with nbpcl .
