    @Paytmcare I am still waiting for the status of my refund. I got a call from Mr Jasjit on 18th March. It's now almost a week but refund is not processed. Normally business standard is 7-10 Working days for refunds to process. My issue has gone much beyond that. Strange.

    @Paytmcare @paytm yesterday I did bank transfer using your app , money is debited from my account but not credited to receiver account. There is no support representative answering in chat ?? Putting chat bot which doesn’t even helping what a worst service. Provide money else

    @Paytmcare made a payment using Paytm QR code. Amount deducted from UPI account. But receiver did not receive payment. Says transaction failed. Kindly help with refund.
