@Paytmcare I'm dedicated customer of only Paytm for last few years but being a banking finance company its customer care is pathetic There's no call center & somehow if you call, they direct to chat support Chat support is run by AI bots which keeps giving non useful BS options

Customer support-PayTm KYC specialist team has literally no idea about what verification happening in my account...One supervisor went one step ahead and told me that the documents are verified by an external team who is not Paytm....Who gave that access @Paytm @Paytmcare
