Dear @Paytmcare your customer care and technical support team are wrost, they are not give me satisfied answer. On 21st june at 8.32 pm My money has been deducted from my paytm wallet and didn't recieve to the recievers account so where is my money gone i want the answer

@Paytmcare I didn't ask for convenience charge..u must check the screenshot I shared. Beyond convenience charge , other unnecessary charges had been deducted. Which are fully refundable , your customer care executive told me this.

@Paytm stop cheating your customers. You guys have mentally tortured me. Lying abt the issues and fooling your customers. Even after waiting for 3 days u replied saying u have resolved the issue and can start transactions. But once i tried my funds r again stucked. Cheaters

@Paytmcare Does paytm really care about the customer satisfaction, i don't think so because when i raised an issue with the customer care today, you blocked my option to connect with the customer service executive and i am facing an issue with the paytm since morning.

@PaytmMoneyCare What is the standard TAT for refunds ..why even after 20 days there is no clear revert from @Paytm ..this is really pathetic..I shouldn't have risked my momey with Paytm. I hav been investing in SIPs since 8 yrs never faced such problems, untill I opted for Paytm
