Existing machine is not working since years now and even after repeated follow up with your lethargic third class local team there is absolute disregard to our concerns except fake commitments.

It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
