@Paytmcare Will you going to pay interest on my refund.please Dear @RBI make such rules to reward customer in such cases if money has been paid towards tickets and cancel money should be immediately credited to source account and if delay caused interest will be given as reward

@PaytmBusiness @ceopaytm @Paytmcare I registered a fraud complaint with 24x7 help center after 2days the status was solved but in originally it was not resolved and pending PyTm help center and other are also fraud they never care for the customer

@Paytm @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar So first customer shoud enter UPI reference number which is last four digit of 12 then IVR Bot is is telling that no one cant understad even i can Then they are aking after 2 minutes of BOT Message "Customer care se baat krne ke liye 9 Dbaye" Then again a verification message

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Why you don't treat all the users same? I use Paytm Postpaid and every month I am charged a convenience fee but too my suprise, two of my friends also use the same service and have a higher limit and they are not charged any convenience fee.

@Paytmcare very worst for service plz I am suggesting not use Paytm and customer care support is very bad . I was paid my Postpaid dues about November but cannot update by Paytm about 3 months . I think very worst for postpaid uses . I suggest don't use paytm.🙏🙏
