    @Paytmcare is so irresponsible and pathetic in services. They just ask to dm your issues and then never reply or look into it. They are not replying on the open tickets on @Paytm app and they are not letting me talk to any agent over phone call.

    @Paytmcare I tried to book a ticket via paytm upi option on irctc website and the money got debited but the transaction failed. Please initiate refund asap

    @Paytm worst customer support. When you raise complaint they will give a update telling support will respond within 4 hours. But its been almost 12hrs but not single reply. Pathetic service. Complaint ID 3248700607, 3248700279.

    @ANANDBHALAWI @Paytm Same happened with me brother, I had make recharge of Rs 899/ for jio phone on 22/09/2022 via Paytm. #Paytm debited my Rs 899 and forgotten to give me services. Many times I coordinate with paytm customer care firstly they agreed to refund me the amount but now they refused.

    @Paytm amazingly pathetic app. Can't recharge fasttag because login attempt exceeded. No warning of login attempts. At your mercy, no wonder your company is losing value.
