I believe this is happened with me because @Paytmcare has very slow issue resolving process. Or in future ye kisi service provider ya kisi or company ke medium se bhi ho sakta hai!! So where is the flaw lies??? Anybody

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar You people have kept new people, they do not know anything. I got a call from customer care and they said to record the screen and send it to me. I asked where to send it, they said it is on Paytm 24/7 but there is no option to send the video.

@Paytmcare On 27 June, a customer paid via RuPay credit card on UPI for <₹2000 at my store.₹187.86 was wrongly deducted as MDR. As per Paytm guidelines, no MDR applies. Complaint #5111772460 was closed stating it's valid, which is incorrect. Please refund the amount.
