Hello I tried many times to connect with #paytmcare postpaid but there is no paytm postpaid customer care services I have a issue with my paytm postpaid bill i was cleared all pending bill of march and late fee but in April bill u added all my paid amount... #Paytm #amitnayyar

@Paytmcare i am using postpaid service from last two years paytm upgraded my account to postpaid delight in February. So first one is closed then they upgraded it but Now two accounts are active as a loan in my cibil. Please look into the matter.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I want to close my paytm postpaid and paytm account overall. Help me with this. Cibil report problem still exists. I started postpaid service but convenience fees for what reason idk. So just close my account. That is it. Worst service.

I had a horrible experience with PAYTM fastag. Not able to add money as KYC need to be updated. KYC not updated despite numerous efforts. Also updated my KYC at touch point. Still problem persists. Worst experience. Plan to dump paytm fastag @Paytm @Paytmcare @RBI

@PaytmPostpaid @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar your Paytm customer service is of no issue. I want to register an issue to moves me to automatic chat bot where I don't see any related issue or I get any option to open a ticket. It automatically close the ticket is this how you serve?
