Their customer care have asked me to reach out to Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process but I am unable to get hold of a human agent.

Amit vashist (@Amitadarsh17) reported@Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial @vijayshekhar I made a train ticket booking via Paytm, but due to a technical glitch (“Fetching Error”), no booking confirmation was displayed. I also did not receive any SMS, email, or app update regarding the booking status for 3 days. Because of this failure from Paytm’s side,
