@Paytmcare i have applied through your app for stasfin personal loan but i guess that stasfin is a fake company because their customer care no are not working , no proper process and get stupid mails from stasfin , i had raised issue on your support option so now it's showing me

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare i expect some help from Paytm , stasfin is not helpful at all ,how can u add such company as ur lending partner which does not have a proper customer support department , Paytm app shows that Rs 135000 has been approved and all repayment details are there

There is quite literally no customer care executive available, it's only via automated messages. A simple " we regret your inconvenience" from a bot won't really help me with a workaround solution will it ? @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I need help with the duplicate txn happened for single payment by amount getting deducted from both of my Paytm Wallet as well as Paytm Postpaid! There's no option available for this to reach you thru your customer care options in the app!
