@Paytmcare I had a very bad experience using Paytm today. Being a regular user finding that it is more convenient to shift on other payment apps which have more better features. There is no availability to talk to customer care support executives easily..

@Paytmcare I had booked ticket from paytm for Kanpur to Mumbai Spicejet flight on 28th Dec. 2021 but due to bad weather conditions my flight was cancelled, In this regard, I talked many times to paytm customer representatives for refund but till now no refund has been initiated.

@Paytmcare @Paytm it's been 20 day i have raised a issue but still not resolved. Everytime I do follow up they say a same thing "We are working on it". This is pathetic. You shouldn't keep the offer if you can't fullfill it. Now tell me when will I receive CB. For detail check DM

@Paytmcare Why is my Paytm wallet put under credit freeze when I had completed all KYC formalities 4 years back. Can't even charge my fastag n nearest kyc point to update KYC is 25 KM away. Had several KYC points nearby earlier Can't contact the customer care n no one calls back

@Paytmcare I have shared my number via dm. Why doesn't Paytm Postpaid have any customer care except for a bot with limited set of responses that solve nothing? I will never use this facility again cos who knows how many totalling errors you make. I only noticed this time.
