@Paytm 1. Intrcity smartbus is a prestigious branded transport service and when we reached the boarding point, they provided us with non Intrcity smartbus service which was not up to the mark at all. there were last minute changes in bus number.

@Paytm 4. Since it was non Intrcity smartbus, hence there was no wifi service as well as promised in the ticket details.
