Is there any charges for having full KYC in paytm app, i have visited KYC point shown in paytm but they ask for money, i told them that i will complain about this but they told do whatever you can, is there anyone to help me for this issue.... @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmAshaKiran

@Paytmcare bought 3 yatra gift cards,none are working. Customer support is daily asking for screenshots, which i am sharing. I need the 3000rs back. Im a regular user & have bought many gift cards from Paytm. Didn't know the customer support was this bad

@Paytm - The help & support and customer support is really worst. I am trying to lodge a complain which is really hard to find proper option to choose in app. The IVR is more pathetic. Shame on you guys.
