I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Always face problem on imp. trnx.

I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff.
