    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Very slow and bad response team. I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Always face problem on imp. trnx.

    I’ve been investing in the SBI Jan Nivesh MF through @Paytm, but now my investments are not showing on the platform. Some payments have even been deducted from my account but are still marked pending. I’m not getting any support from Paytm this is really disappointing. @RBI

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm Vijay Sir, you have appointed good staff in your Paytm company. Don't appoint such staff who are not able to send PDFs properly in a day, these people are not able for paytm company. Sir please solve my problem my ticket number is TKT-2843873.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Has a very haeeowing experience with your representative who was downright rude. He refused to believe that I have a problem. He said none of your payment have been auto top up. Now i will escalate this to Vijay saying is this the way to treat a client who has a problem? He says he will not repeat the same thing over and over again. He banged the phone. Time to quit paytm. Going the pvt bank way
