I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?
