I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.
