I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.
