I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . They provide a departure time and the bus leaves 2 hours prior without any notice or information and the bus operator will say contact @Paytm for any issues as it's not their fault.
