I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets.
