@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Better close PaytmPostpaid Acnt for all customers asits not secure, these type of issues may come in future with these type of issues better have wallet only as customer can manage with loading minimal amount and even fraud happens they may lose little amount only. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Even its allowing to pay Electricity bill which not automatic bill generated and we can enter custom amount as well which is not acceptable so that it leads to hacked fraudulent guys to access the postpaid account and to utilize the whole credit limit.@vijayshekhar
