@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I understand der is sme cost of credit card transaction, bt charging 3.65% each tym is simply disappointing. When u tak abt customer centricity, u shld also save cost for 4 dem. Negotiate with card comp n gve benefit 2 ur users pls @AmexBusiness y v use ur card?
