    @MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

    Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    @Paytmcare What you will assist me. At least don't harras people anymore. I came here to let people know how big pain is for small request on paytm in name of bot. Can't even talk to real customer care.i already uninstall ur app n will sure as much I can do I will.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Extremely disappointed with your lack of support and accountability. Despite repeated attempts emails remain unanswered. I expect a clear justification and refund without further delay. Please look into this urgently.

    @Paytmcare absolutely pathetic customer service. AI bot neither understands the query nor allows to connect to an agent. My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmCare Hi Vinod, repeating the eligibility clause does not solve the issue. 1. Displaying a dormant-user offer on an active user's checkout screen is misleading advertising / deceptive UI. 2. Your support executive initially provided a completely false statement

    Paytm interface is best in entire upi ecosystem as I think, but they never gives cashback and mislead customer with digital gold coin which has zero value, as per rbi guidelines, only sgb bonds and physical gold has a value, digital gold is useless and has no value @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service
