@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytmcare I was booking a ticket through IRCTC and for the payment I used your gateway the money was deducted from the my account but in IRCTC app it shows transaction failed this has happened once before and I didn’t receive any refund so please kindly help me in this matter!!
