@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytmcare It is very disappointing to see that even when I have provided all required documents and declarations, I am being hanged by Paytm. I will never suggest and recommend Paytm Services. Ridiculous and adamant behaviour of staff. I will definitely raise the issue to RBI.

@Paytmcare I ordered paytm debit card a few years ago, it didn't come but the app showed it was delivered. I contacted paytm customer care but they are not able to solve my problem. Since I don't get the card, now I can't activate the card also I can't block the card.
