@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytm Paytm itself big fraud, that is what your not talking to customer directly. Only give connection to those help which you decides. I am trying to contact customer but it only directing me those useless help section instead of connecting to customer care person
