@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@Paytm I'm not able to update my phone number in my paytm account. Trying this from several days and everytime it gets stuck on selfie page. Also tried reaching your customer care but was never able to get in touch with any of your executive always automated and it's annoying.

@Paytm harassing us in the name of KYC by asking for a never ending list of documents instead of expediting the process for a known customer. It's been 3 weeks & they are neither refunding us the amount nor enabling the Amex transactions. Beware of their fraudulent practices!
