    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I want to redeem my points to book flight ticket thru paytm, but it denies and says my KYC is not done. I've tried many times, but its same. My UPI ID, mobile no and email id all are showing on my paytm ac than why my KYC is not done? Plz help!

    @Paytmcare Sir today i tried to book my train ticket twice through paytm via irctc my account is been deducted twice but PNR is not been generated, one transaction ammount is been showing added to my paytm wallet , other is yet pending , please help to get it back
