@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Booked 5 bus tickets with 4.5 rating worth ₹6000, bus got impounded after 3hr on a 9hr journy, bcz they didn't have papers. Was left standing for 4hrs, had to take a new bus from station. Applied for refund, and you say nothing can't be done. Amazing service. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare Your telephone customer care support keep the call on hold and dont pick the call for over an hour I must say @Paytm is the worse platform to book online tickets because in case of cancellation @Paytm is not willing to return you your own amount

@Paytmcare I purchased digital gold in Akshaya Tritiya 2021 offer. I remember applying the offer code and seeing the message "Rs.150 gold will be credited in 24-48hrs". But it didn't. Support says I didn't apply the code. That's not possible. It's not my first time using Paytm.
