@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytm & Telecom companies are standing together to loot their customers. Paytm will logout your account & if you need to login you have go with SMS verification. For sending sms minimum charges are more than Rs.100, depending on your operator @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar plz check
