@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

Its been more than 4 days and still @vijayshekhar no one is taking this issue seriously. Cust Service from @Paytm is hopeless they are not hearing us, just closed my query ticket with Resolved status. Think If one common man paid 700 rup extra bcz of paytm issue @NHAI_Official

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness one of the waste fake payment system is paytm. Cheating agents and fake customer service irritation of day today because of this paytm. My money 1000 ra grabbed Bleedy paytm is begger more than that.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare pathetic customer care service. Just bragging about 24x7 cust support. Stop those stupid ivr on phone call numbers which never allow us to connect to an executive, and the chat support on app is even worst with pre defined questions and answers. U guys need to learn.
