@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytm @Paytmcare your kyc is very irritating even after doing repeated submission kyc it is still asking for the kyc. None of the support executive is able to help on this. You say kyc is free and the kyc point charges 100/- for each time I do kyc.

Hi @Paytm - Pls improve your Customer Service Team and the experience they provide. On 1/12/2022 I made a payment towards my Apartment’s Maintenance using your app for Rs 3646 (Order ID - 19828310414). Till date the payment has not been received by the apartment.
