@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

Yesterday I booked a bus ticket from @redbus,I have completed my payment via Paytm ups but didn't get ticket, after complaining @redbus customer care they told me payment got stuck in Paytm gateway but after talking to @Paytmcare they told me that my transaction was successful.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I paid on Swiggy on 22-06-2021 Rs. 204/-. I must had got 50/- as per offer expiring that day but U applied 30/- cashback as per offer which would expire on 15-07-2021. Contacting Customer Care since then via in app help, twitter and mail but no resolution yet. Very Bad

@Paytm ICICI Bank that they have not received any Payment from that dAy Paytm has stopped responding to my mails. Paytm is such a fraud company I will never recommend to anyone to make any bill or account payment using Paytm because if something goes wrong Paytm will never help
