@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@paytmbankcare At the cost of reiterating, the money debited for one of the transaction was added to Paytm wallet, and another was not. (I shared the mails from bank, if only someone reads the complaint!) Anyway, keep it. You just lost a customer. It's nice to be away from @Paytm anyway.

This is not the issue you cannot able to upload your selfie to change the number. Bank number is not verifying by the paytm app. What should I ask ? Launching IPO is nt a solution.

@Paytmcare It's really hard to reach your customer service. The customer service number leads to the voice assistant which is nothing but farce! I've lost my money through paytm wallet and I'm losing my patience as well! Reach out to me immediately through call or manual chat!

@Paytmcare Do you guys charge convenience fee to provide inconvenience? I booked train tickets through paytm which got cancelled and I got cancellation msg too. You CCE told me to get in touch with IRCTC as it wasn't cancelled which I did but it did not help? I need my refund.
