Hey, @Paytm I am facing issues with Paytm KYC, so I booked for doorstep KYC support since the booking date was of 4th Nov, and it's already 5th Nov, and yet I haven't gotten a notification regarding it and customer care support i.e. the bot is not helpful. Do look into it.
