@PaytmTravelCare @PaytmTravel @Paytm i have booked the bus tickets but that Bus has cancelled by operator and Operator promised that within 48hrs will get refund. Still i didn't get and Paytm customer service Responding as We couldn't help in refund.

Paytm is the worst app I have ever come across. They have a pathetic customer care service where in the user breaks his head to contact the care This is just pathetic. Though ur bank confirms the amount is deducted, these guys have no record of it #Paytm #paytmcare #worstapppaytm
