    Hello @Paytm @paytmbankcare As per rule one person cannot make 2 account through 1 adhara id, how it support person saying there is other account with same account which is also verified.. I have enough proof that's my account I can send selfi with my adhara also, kindly help

    Try reaching out to @Paytmcare to report this harassment. But unable to talk to a customer service executive. Itvis very difficult to reach a customer care executive using the toll free number. Such a pathetic service!!! Done with Paytm @vijayshekhar

    Hi! @Paytmcare , Now a days #PayTm is charging platform fee for recharges, electricity bill pays but I think introducing platform fee will loose paytm business Already @PhonePeSupport is giving same service for free to user So we are shifting there Thanks

    And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare
