    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I made the complete payment on my postpaid account on 3rd of current month and was promised a late fee waiver by your field agent. However, it has not been applied and now another late fee on top of that has been charged. Please help to apply the waiver

    Have been trying since yesterday to clear my paytm postpaid dues but wasnt able to due to app/server issues. And today I have been charged with Rs 250 as penalty. Trying to connect with paytm postpaid customer care but there is none! @Paytm @Paytmcare
