@Paytm @Paytmcare Logging in to Paytm App is not possible if SIM card is missing in the phone. SIM card is reqd for UPI transactions & it has nothing to do with login.Paytm App is useless if SIM card is lost or damaged. One can be allowed to login to App without SIM card.Think!

@Paytmcare @Paytm There is still no support from you. I am clearly saying the refund from the issuing bank was done on 16/10/22 but you people are sending the same standard reply across all channels without even reading. Ridiculous customer service

@Paytmcare are you also selling fraudulent vouchers on your website. I bought one and the company denied accepting any of that. They said i need to get a refund from you for being sold that. Is there any accountability on you as a seller?
