    @Paytm @Paytmcare how do I deactivate my merchant account? Your customer care clearly doesn't care ! Every time I call they just keep transferring my call and then disconnect! No option on your app to deactivate too.

    Dear @WesternRly tried booking ticket through the UTS app but the @Paytm payment gateway is timing. Now my money has been deducted with no ticket. This is not a user friendly app. Please fix.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve tried every possible way to fix my UPI issue — calls, messages, and app support — but still no proper response. Really disappointed with this service. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll delete this app for good.
