Glnsarma (@TigerGLN) reported@Paytmcare When indigo airline cancelled the ticket and asked me to cancel I did cancel the ticket. However, paytm refund money after cancellation charges. When I try to reach to them, the call centre has no provision to talk to the customer.

Your app didn’t provide any info. After complaint I still not received my refund. Is this the service you are delivering?
