@Paytmcare I made a payment on Ajio on 3rd June for which I was supposed to receive cashback. But as of today on 27th June it's still pending. Your customer support is so pathetic and a nightmare that there's no option to talk to your executive.

@Paytmcare Worst customer service! My wallet,upi,and fixed deposit is inactive and I wanted to activate it my paytm fd balance is 50,000 nearly,i have to pay my college fee. i called customer support. It took hours for my turn but couldn't provide assistance.

@Paytmcare instead of giving mechanical answers i would expect a resolution from you ,its a shame that you being a listed company on the stock exchanges are providing pathetic customer care service ,i have requested a call back wherein you are mot willing to do the same
