@Paytmcare @Paytmcare this is not first time you are doing this, you deduct money keep it hold and then return it post 3 days and as per rbi guidelines you are liable to pay 100 rupees per day as penalty for not resolving the issue

@Paytm I did a payment of Rupees 15000 today using your portal via upi reference number 232935968144,money got deducted and person did not recieved the money, I tried contacting your customer support they are saying it will take 2-3 working days which is against rbi guidelines.
