on 9th of Jan 2022 at 15:50 I was doing transaction of rupees 1,241 through paytm payments bank from paytm app but the transaction was failed and the amount has been deducted from my account I raised an issue regarding this but it has not been resolved yet. @NPCI_NPCI @Paytm

Worst experience booking ticket on paytm. Guys, be aware of using paytm.. their support service is very poor..no proper replies and no phone number to directly contact customer care. They'll not give you proper reasons for anything. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare
