    How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

    Dear @Paytmcare My 4–6 July settlement is still on hold while later settlements are released. Asking for invoices/NOCs for every customer is impractical. Release my payment by 9 July, or I'll pursue legal action and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm cares only for money & frustrating its users, even after so much downfall paytm hasn't learnt it's lesson. You issue cash back code it's showing its already been used though code was never used, screenshot & source of code provided still want more proof of video
