Why Paytm doesn't have call back request option or toll free number where customer can contact , big companies all have same like Flipkart, Amazon etc & your staff is not properly trained to understand problem & also not solving the issue. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytm customer support was too bad. I regret using it for my recharge. Amount was deducted but recharge was failed and their so called 24/7 support was pathetic. I rather pay extra for @PhonePe_ for their seamless transaction.

@Paytm a you payment was failed but amount deducted from Bank and I can see there is no refund after 24 hours as well. I immediately checked with support chat and they didn't help much except saying check with the bank. While bank said there is no issue at our end.

@Paytmcare I'm supposed to receive a refund in my paytm wallet from @Pepperfry for a returned order. As per #pepperfry the refund is processed, but I haven't got the amount credited even after 10 days. Pepperfry order id: 307314492. Please help me.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Third class bastards. At least have little shame & resolve customers problem. Feb16th I paid BESCOM bill from my wallet. Till today it's not paid to BESCOM. Since morning I'm chasing you guys & everytime diff idiot is diff giving answer but no solution 1/2
