  @Paytmcare Not sure if your customer service department has been closed lately. I have not received any update on recent issue highlighted in DM. It's been 15 days that I am unable to access Paytm app in my primary cellphone.

  @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses.   Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.

  Paid ₹4210 to for a swipe machine, but neither received the device nor any refund till date. KYC submitted multiple times but rejected again and again without any valid reason. Contacted customer support several times — no resolution. @Paytm @Paytmcare #Paytm #ConsumerRights
