  @Paytmcare issue with Indane Gas booking I booked order from Paytm on 16th August which is still shown pending on paytm app. But the delivery guy is saying my booking has been cancelled by Indane , im not understanding since i cannot book again before 25 days, what should i do

  @Paytmcare Your response shifting responsibility to the PSP/bank is completely unacceptable. The default preference issue and routing failure happened within the app integration. Furthermore, to avoid any further confusion, I have already removed all bank accounts from WhatsApp Pay.

  @Paytmcare Hello Paytm, Please explain why do you want to look into the issue only when someone has already made the booking, why don't you rectify the errors wherein your potential customers will get duped due to misleading Promotions. I've already DMed you and no response yet.
