    @Paytm my KYC verified Paytm Wallet is under Credit freeze for no reason. Have called your customer care to hear apologies only and no resolution yet. Ticket #3185092183. Time to shift to an alternate wallet if this is not quickly resolved.

    @paytmbankcare The customer is struggling because of your system and backend issues. You are asking to update the query in your help desk, which is not there on the app. This is very frustrating and one of the worst customer experience @Paytmcare @Paytm

    FOR 5 TO 10 DAYS. @Paytmcare IS ONE THE WORST APP AND HAS WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES. IF NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUED, WE SHALL APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AND SUE THE COMPANY. 3/3
