    @Paytmcare @Paytm such a worst and third class service. I have tried to pay the postpaid due on 7th AUG 2021 but couldn't make due to your app was keep redirected to home page when click to pay. After making several attempts till 11.59 pm and I was really frustrated..

    @Paytmcare It's been more than 3 days already still no response from Paytm,can you bunch of lazy people please stop the process of my application because I can't trust a company with my money who cannot even solve a simple problem.I am going stop using all the services hereafter. @Paytmcare

    @PaytmMoneyCare Sorry to say but seeing @PaytmMoneyCare customer handle page, I am pretty sure about the worst quality of services provided by paytm money. For me it's already been 10 days but I didn't get any resolution. You will get hardly get reply from them and that too irrelevant. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare for last one month onwards Keep on raising same complaint, no body resolving simple query. Really your 24X7 helpdesk is, gang of dump people are working there. Shame on your support service. How to pre-close personal loan where to find option to pay

    @PaytmFirst @Paytm can i know whats the benefit of your first membership when i am not able to avail the offer.. its showing 6 month of voot membership but i cant get it and theres also 3 month membership of moneycontrol app and that too m not getting... Help me here..

    @Paytmcare I hv been trying since a wk to get in touch with yr customer care service, regdn a failed payment. But yr program is just can't register my complaint. Is it a trick to avoid dealing with any queries? Being a loyal customer I am suddenly inclined to stop using yr portal

    Horrible experience with @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare ... Have been trying since yesterday to make my SIP payment but to no avail. Tried contacting their '24x7' customer support and it's been a day they haven't responded back. Suggesting everyone not to use their platform for investing

    @Paytm @Paytmcare If there is a problem in my account you have to freeze my service earlier not in the case when I am in need ..... I was in the tough situation my friend has send money and then starts the DRAMA of Paytm... ....😠😠😠
