    @Paytm by mistake I use Paytm for my credit card bill payment but bank not yet received the amount. When I check in Paytm they said share the details and i can't connect their customer care what to do? Is Paytm not responsible for payment made through them?

    @Paytmcare Hi, I know. But what is or was mentioned as 24 hours has taken more than 24 days. Can Paytm ensure that I get the cashback as promised in the clause? I have mentioned that I can share a different a/c where it can be sent if mine is an issue.

    @Paytm it’s very shameful I am use my credit card by paytm app in Date 14/12/2022 sending shop rent but it’s showing successful payment but payment was not credited in my landlord AC 😡😡 it’s very poor service 😡😡@RBI @RBIsays
