@Paytm @Paytmcare Do you verify UPI /KYC for merchants? Apparently I have requested cancellation and refund from your merchant paytm-66977976@paytm and no feedback. This merchant turns out to be a fraud. Do you still have KYC valid for this account? Need help to get refund.

@Paytmcare Paytm did someone else KYC on my 10 year old number and not accepting and fixing issue. Instead asking me to run around for things other then KYC. Chasing this for a long time but no solution. Beware it can happens any Paytm user. Ticket ref 3126828678

@Paytmcare Hi, I have money in IOCL extrarewards Allowance wallet. W/r to the order id 2021120908402204176310379206 why the money not getting deducted from my Allowance Wallet. While making the payment the Allowance Wallet balance is not showing there. What's the problem?
