    @SBICard_Connect hey!! I made a credit card payment on last sunday thru @Paytm but I got a message that payment has been declined from SBI, so I did the payment again thru SBI app instead of paytm, money ded via paytm is not refunded. I paid twice now. Can you please help?

    Yesterday I booked a bus ticket from @redbus,I have completed my payment via Paytm ups but didn't get ticket, after complaining @redbus customer care they told me payment got stuck in Paytm gateway but after talking to @Paytmcare they told me that my transaction was successful.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I paid on Swiggy on 22-06-2021 Rs. 204/-. I must had got 50/- as per offer expiring that day but U applied 30/- cashback as per offer which would expire on 15-07-2021. Contacting Customer Care since then via in app help, twitter and mail but no resolution yet. Very Bad

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I have raised the complnt regarding change my debit card on 27July.I didn't receive proper response frm paytm care. The tkt id 195541587. This is vry disappointing evn aftr the several follow ups paytm care didn't solved my problem.Simply they say wait

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have registered complaint for cylinder not booking , paid week ago on paytm. Support team paytm closed issue ticket without any resolution and open it again when I had complied against the same ticket.

    @Paytmcare Your customer care and so called concerned team us doing nothing, just asking to wait wait and wait. Its been 10 days for unblock account and still nothing. Not even a call back from concerned team. Ticket no /reference number 195477321 Feeling disappointed.

    @flyspicejet @Paytm @Paytmcare I have bee charged twiced and the transaction is also successfully done but then it's showing some error due to which I am unable to book my seat in web check-in. So refund my money or complete web check-in asap. I need the solution immediately plz
