@Paytm @Paytmcare UPI Ref no: 202228403907 What is this garbage way to do instant payment, doing transaction on 22nd and clearing the payment on 24th. Now the receiver says he doesn't received it yet. How m i supposed to ask for his statement. Be practical. Refund bcz i paid cash

@Paytmcare upi transaction ref no. 201279823424 done on 12 Jan, transaction status failed, money debited still not reversed. Many complaints made but till today money not credited back. Please help or should we lodge complaint with @RBI ?
