    @Paytmcare iPhone 15, iOS 26.5 (23F77), PayTm v10.80.0 The App just closes just like that, i tried updating app and its same while teying to go to help & support to write support or trying to make payment. Less than min it will close.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare My main Paytm account is now accessible, however I’m unable to access my Paytm for Business merchant account. It is showing “Currently you cannot register as a merchant”. Kindly check and help resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar My mobile number has been blocked from accessing Paytm, showing an “Access Denied” message during login. I’ve already raised a support ticket for 200011654211 but haven’t received any reply yet. Please share the reason and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @Paytm The app is not working. For the last two weeks, after opening it, it gives the error "Malicious application detected. Uninstall application and restart device." I have tried resetting the device, but the issue persists. other banking apps are working fine only paytm not working

    My Paytm account suddenly got logged out and now it says “your mobile number has been blocked.” My bank account and UPI work on other apps. I also have ₹1700 stuck in UPI Lite. I cannot even access support because login is required. Please help escalate this issue.@Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare excuse me sir I’m still on hold from past 4 days why is the system so ridiculously slow airlines has sent an email clearly that refund has been released it’s you guys that should refund me still waiting for a call and the refund @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am sorry to say that a single genuine matter has not been resolved even after more than a dozen requests. Such indifferent attitude towards your customer is very disappointing. Please see and settle.

    @Paytmcare I have been waiting for so long, and yet my issue is not resolved. This is not fair at all. I'm planning to switch to a different app. Kindly put my UPI Lite money back into my bank account. This has been a pathetic experience.

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare Passengers were left stranded without support, communication, or emergency assistance. Despite multiple complaints, calls, and public posts, the response has only been “we are checking,” with no actual action taken till now.
