@Paytmcare You just cut paste the policy, i already know that and I don't have any issue with that. I paid the convineance fees in the past and then I stopped using postpaid and in this month I got message again and again from Paytm that there is no convineance fees applicable for September

@Paytmcare @One97 @vijayshekhar the five working days in between were not sufficient to address a minor compliant...earlier the machine was not getting charged ..some issue with the battery ..the machine is replaced ..now the sim isn't working...we wait another week..

@ONDC_Official @Paytm I appreciate such initiatives, but I would like to understand- how will the quality control manage on the ONDC platform, if small vendors start selling fake products- and after sale support issue occurs. How will the grievance work here? Kindly enlighten.
