@GooglePayIndia I bought gift card from @Paytm When I tried redeeming it, it said there's issue with my profile. Contacted support. Was asked to provide some docs in one form. After uploading docs, support is not responding. It's been more than 3wk now. Case ID [3-6460000032509]

I have a postpaid transaction issue. On 16th of february i tried to make a Paytm postpaid payment at Wellness forever app thrice, all three times it showed network error but the money got deducted from my account and isn’t refunded yet as shown below #Paytm @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare When i tried to login my Paytm account in another mobile a new account got created in the same number and now all my mother's funds are freezed in the old paytm account. I also have made a ticket from 13 feb and been calling since a week no help at all. Worst service.
