Nitesh Nayak (@ntshnyk) reported@Paytmcare, Had calld PaytmCustCare to get my PhNo updtd for my FASTag on 31-12-20. Tkt was Opnd & there was no rsponse. I again called, issue was escalated & a new tkt was created. Scnd tkt was closed stating tat they wud updte status in old tkt. Til nw, I havnt rcvd any update.
