    I have recently changed the sim (same number) and paytm can't verify it for last 2 days. Your sms arrive late and by that time it is locked already. All other UPI apps are working fine. @Paytmcare

    Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm Gold is a third-class service for retail investors. Invest ₹100,000: • Pay 3% GST + platform charges. • Sell immediately and lose another 4–6% due to the huge buy/sell spread.
