    @Paytm @Paytmcare @UPI_NPCI I tried doing a transaction on 2:58pm Sunday 9th Jan, 2022, the UPI transaction failed but amount was debited from my Paytm Payments Bank account and yet not credited and I have tried reaching the customer service over chat and call but no luck.

    @Paytmcare Hello sir, I made one transaction through Paytm on date:09/01/2022 ,But somehow it got stuck in pending mode. Money is deducted from my account and now Transaction is in FAILED mode.i want my money back refunded to my account.I tried for help from customer care number

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Hey Team Paytm, On Sunday ₹50,000 deducted from my Account while transferring money & Didnot recieved to the recieptant yet also not refunded to me. Its been 4 business days & YOUR HELP box is useless for me. I didnot recieved any support from you.

    Book tickets wisely on @Paytm as you may be changed extra in the name of some scheme. Then further they would blame the customer that you choose it and hence it cannot be refunded. Crappy service

    @Paytmcare 24 hours service means 24 hours drink and sleep thats fit to your service. i compliened abount my money debited but tranction status failed the amount not credeited to the respective account.but past 4 days there is no service from your 24 hours service customer care

    @Paytm Cheater Paytm,,, Paytm is a no 1 cheater 4 days passed from the transaction time, but still I didn't get my money refund. And it's customer support is a Bullshit, never receive any call, 😠😠😠😠😠****!;!!;!!;! Banned Paytm from every platform, no 1 fraud company in india.

    @Paytmcare Worst ever Service from your side i faced This is my UPi reference given by your 24X7 helpline 200908471246 for Rs 5000/- a sucessfull transaction but iam called icicic customer care and given that reference They said Sir Its Transaction worth Rs 17.14 Rupees not 5000

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I know in your t&c you refund the amount in 2 days but now it's 4 working days,where is your values,if any technical issue then show it to the customer's on app.Executive are saying wait-wait-wait. Is this any solution? Please go on your values.
