Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

The resolution you provided is that you washed your hands off stating that that gift card has already expired and my reasoning is my gift card was not available for me to use for 6 months because of glitch at ur end.
