@RBIsays, @FinMinIndia this is the situation, @Paytm is earning returns on my money for so long and may be on more such customers. Neither KYC service is provided nor the money is refunded. Do we really want to grant license to such companies who have no regard for customers?

@raunakmahajan @Paytm @vijayshekhar Yes, these stories should come out more often from everyone. But it hurts in some cases when there is resistance, like Ola/Uber drivers in Delhi. Their trust factor towards the app is far less than the customers. Is it really the driver fee issue ?? I don't buy it.

I still didn't get my refund back and there is zero option to contact customer care for any kind of issue on their application or on their website. Dear @Paytm you are already in your bad times and adding such waste company in your subsidiary is making you brand name bad.

See @RBIsays, this is the situation, they are earning returns on my money for so song and may be on more such customers. @Paytm is neither providing service nor refunding the money. Do we really want to grant licence to such organisations who have no regard for customers?

@Paytm i updated my KYC with my mom's documents when i was under 18, and now i m above 20 and wanted to change the kyc details with mine documents, but there not such an option to do , please help me to change my KYC details. Fix it fast i m facing too many problems. Thank you.
