    @Paytm @vijayshekhar what is this behaviour? I paid platform fee to you my transaction has stuck form last 2 days. And your chat system sucks. Each time it exits & I cant even connect to customer executive. @RBI how is this legal that a bank does not have a calling center?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm horrible service by your executives regarding soundbox. Rental for soundbox being charged even when I don’t own one. Frequent complaints regarding the same also not being attended.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Service: Please help, I called 4 times in a month to report that sound box issued on your side is destroyed in fire incedent that occured on 1 st September but they are neither disconnecting it nor issuing a new one serial no of sound box is 869579052274274
