    @Paytm if u can't provide proper vouchers and ur support system is ONLY AI how can a customer contact support service. Why for everything u ppl need AI. i m not able to redeem the voucher but ur AI SYSTEM IS not Helping me as it doesn't have that feature. CRAZY

    @KartikDiscovers Aesa Kyun Laga bhai. I am one of the early user of this type of service which was launched by @Paytm for buying 2 wheeler. Also I worked there in those days so I thought why not. It was a charm to purchase and get hell lot of vouchers.

    How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

    Huge delay in payment updates on @PaytmBusiness money is deducted but 'Payment Received' isn't showing in my app. Is the server down? Please resolve this quickly, it's disrupting business @Paytm

    @Paytmcare still haven't received the new policy. I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Paytm and Tata AIG. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Please help me and issue my policy as soon as possible. I am very worried. Thank you.

    pathetic customer care service from @Paytm its have been 4 hours now and i haven't got my @amazonpay gift voucher.
