    @Paytm @Paytmcare 20-05-2022 Friday I tried to add amount of Rs.10,000 to my Paytm Wallet with a Debit Card of my Allahabad Bank ( now Indian Bank ). But don't know for some reason your page showed error. Then I canceled the transaction.

    @Paytm I have been following up in your paytm 24x7 support app on the failed transaction for last 3 days. No update so far. Amount has been deducted and it is not reversed yet. What is your SLA to respond to the tickets?

    @Paytmcare Why you take this charge in advertisement you say no any charges for gas booking. It means you make ful a customer your advertisement is fraud.

    @Paytm it’s impossible to connect to a customer care executive on your helpline. Everything is automated. Even the 24x7 chat window has its own set of questions and does not allow to put forward one’s complaint. Please seriously look into this. Please arrange for a call back!!!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Worst exp. with Paytm. Not able to activate Wallet. From last 1 month getting "Sorry, we could not complete your verification at this time !" Also tried with customer care and visited to KYC store but no luck..
