    @Paytm I order a item on Paytm mall but it's very difficult to find how to check Paytm order track. And I am trying to calling customer care but it's not working properly .so fixed as soon as possible I will request to @Paytm

    @karaikude @Paytm I use generally Bhim after paytm issues last year. Have all options available though. Gpay, Amazon pay, phonepe etc. Use rare those. Today evening wanted to order something online where paytm has discounts that’s how got to know it’s down.

    Pathetic service by paytm, My credit card bill payment via Paytm is stuck 'Pending' for around 2 days, Due date is in 2 days. App ticket raised but no human response. Phone helpline is automated and repeatedly points to useless chatbot. Please resolve immediately. @Paytmcare

    @PaytmBusiness Please reactivate my Paytm Business account. You can keep the held amount on hold until the review is complete, but please allow new incoming payments to settle. The account suspension is causing heavy business losses. Kindly help. 🙏 @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
