I’m permanently deactivating my Paytm. Never bothered to resolve my issue. None of the CC care responded. Even if they did, I got an automated response asking screenshot. You guys are as pathetic as your service. One less customer to deal with. Cheers! Enjoy your lameness @Paytm

@Paytmcare hopeless support from Paytm. Looks like @vijayshekhar is already a millionaire and so does not need customers. Updating mobile no which used to be easy earlier is now worse . Even Govt run banks have simpler and customer friendly process..
