    @Paytm I order a item on Paytm mall but it's very difficult to find how to check Paytm order track. And I am trying to calling customer care but it's not working properly .so fixed as soon as possible I will request to @Paytm

    @Abhinav27517819 @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant and my settlement is not undertaken by Paytm since the 24th of April 2026, the day Paytm bank licence is declared cancelled by the RBI and there is no response from the customer support after tons of messages and calls, initiated from my end. @Paytmcare

    Booked a flight on Paytm and had to cancel getting a refund has been a nightmare. No real customer support, just a useless chatbot that goes in circles with no resolution. No option to talk to an actual person. If you value your time and money, think 2.@Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Where were you when i have lodged a complaint ticket on your platform? First of all you don't have customer support on telephone, Only support present is raise a ticket which you guys will resolve within full delay. Stop fooling customers. Worst platform ever to use is @Paytm.
