@Paytmcare tried recharging. Used Paytm UPI payment method (by entering UPI Id and requesting for amount from bank account). Unfortunately recharge didn't happen but payment succeeded. Help refunding the amount or else credit recharge amount for my sim by talking with operator

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank , its been few days since I wrote the above text and you guys are yet to respond. But the fraudsters running in the name of #Paytm seem to be more active than actual paytm guys. I already blocked/reported 3 fake paytm customer care imitators.
