@Paytm what a bad design. If you don't have sim in the same phone, you can't login on the app. What if someone needs a movie ticket or recharge or something else 😡. You are losing customers because of this stupid design. Moved on to FreeCharge

@Paytmcare I applied for full kyc by video calling. First attempt was unsuccessful due to technical error (as told by your representative ). Second attempt was successful and he told that kyc will be completed within 2-3 days but since 10 days i.e. from 20/05/2021.

@Paytmcare Why I am not able to login into my account? Stopping at "Proceed securely" option only.. Why not able to verify my number/sim, when my sim is in phone only, properly calling and receiving calls from same number/sim? . If can't handle technical things, let it be simple
