@Paytm you have really swopped down to the worst level... Taking away my cash back without informing.. They have started charging Convinence fee for no reason even paying with upi.. Looting awya small money from people... That why thier shares are down.. No customer service

@Paytmcare i want to close Paytm postpaid account. Paytm has started cheating on name of convenience fee. Its also effected my CIBIL very badly. There is no any option to help, only fake autobot chat is there for time pass.
