    @Paytmcare Ordered an item vide ID:13455355639 on 4th May,2021. Still not delivered. Tracking link shows "CLOSED" without further updates. Worst customer care number/service. Please resolve immediately.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmCybercell hi, received the payment first cc but envelope was open, the Bluedart guy didn't check either, he must've copied the cc info. Request to block and issue new card at the earliest. Pan in DM, kindly send DM link. Last 4 digits of card 8762

    @Paytmcare You guys are useless and don't even check what customer is writing to you. Resolving concern is not your cup of tea. See query ref no 190136525 for my transaction 33980838508 for amount 3017 which doesn't get reverted to bank. I posted here not to seek help but make people aware

    @Paytm is a fraud. I hv been getting OTPs for transactions and they have no option to remove my upi id. Their customer care people don't entertain. #CustomerExperience

    @Paytmcare Your Customer care representative tell me that sir Paytm have send a link on your registered email or mobile no. Then you will select the mode of payment that you want like In wallet , Bank account .But they not send any link . And I am waiting for link since more than 30 days
