    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I had already deactivated/cancelled my Paytm Soundbox, but I was still charged ₹693 for the period from 25 July till now. Since the Soundbox was already deactivated and I am not using the service, Please look into this issue, refund the ₹693.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare its already more than a week you said ill get a link for payment never i got, even i called the customer care many time they will say the same again wait for the link, is there any process really set up by paytm to handle such cases at all? No one has any clarity

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @MyIndusIndBank I hv ~₹2.77 lakh in IndusInd FDs created via PPBL. An IndusInd branch LOCATED & confirmed my FDs, yet IndusInd grievance team tells me to contact Paytm. PPBL is under windingup& its channel is unavailable. How am I supposed to access MY money?

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar
