@paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm one of the worst customer care service Paytm has, they doesn't know to speak properly to customer for their issues and not helping to resolve the issues. Looks like there is major bug in the system that needs to be corrected

@Paytmcare been 4 days since i did kyc again coz my paytm bank account was closed for not using from 2 years. Even after doing its still not activated and customer service says they escalated with concerned department. Now been 4 days and they couldn't activate it yet

@Paytm @vijayshekhar why Paytm doesn't have very basic feature of generating receipt of insurance premium through Paytm. Customer care is of no use you can't ask question just select the pre selected ques and IVR is even non existing. Next time Will not use Paytm for this
