  @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue? Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.

  Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare my ticket no 500009549549 we raised ticket for last 6months regarding our one tap soundbox but unable to resolve our problem, your merchant support not able to resolve complaint also our location services is worst.
