Hey @Paytm having an issue while ordering new debit card. While checking out it shows " 2md line of address can't have more than 40 words" can't edit the address or choose alternative addresses either !

@REALTECHDNA @Paytmcare Which bank ? Forget about what banks customer care told. RuPay credit cards supported on Paytm wallet load. Try small amount, if transaction failed then make sure your e-com is enabled. If you still face any problem then contact @Paytmcare official customer support team.

Hello @Paytm and @vijayshekhar , can you redirect user queries to a customer representative if it is not resolved by Personal paytm assistant (stupid chatbot). I recharged my hyd metro smart card 2 times in the morning but the balance not reflecting (it's been 9hrs). 1/2
