Hey @Paytm having an issue while ordering new debit card. While checking out it shows " 2md line of address can't have more than 40 words" can't edit the address or choose alternative addresses either !

@Paytmcare I ever had this type of experience from Paytm I was applied for Top up on 3 march 23 till now no update the disburse amount didn’t receive this is what you are doing with your trusting customer it’s always show 24 hours you will receive money till today it’s 8th day

@PaytmMoney @Paytmcare there is no proper customer care support in your app, only automated solutions are provided no real time solution is getting on board. Even after raising proper ticket, seems like CCE are given a template to paste and not understand the situation!!

@Paytm Paytm Postpaid facility Pakka strategy > No reminders absolutely - to collect late fee > Payment issues while making the payment > Just shows the full payment amount and I have to pay blindly > Tech glitch so promised a waiver - its been one month and still no waiver.

@PaytmMoney @PaytmMoneyCare has trapped my wife. She wanted to make a mutual fund a/c so signed up & linked bank a/c to try the app but didn't like it. Now @Paytm is harassing us to receive calls & explain issues, while not sharing a/c closure forms after multiple emails. HELP!!

PAYTM,the worst payment source from the starting till now. Like it always gets stuck and fails the payment in crucial times like paying for ticket booking and I don't count this as coincidence or bad network support because just after that the other app does it fine for me @Paytm

@Paytm Hello, I'm using UPI Lite for quite some time and I have an serious issue. The money I have added in UPI Lite and spent via UPI Lite has difference of Rs. 158. Hope to solve this issue soon.
