    @Paytmcare I transferred money from Paytm payment bank to another account and money deducted from Paytm bank but didn't credit money yet. They gave time for 2-4 days but 6 days over and customer care(ai bot) didn't resolve issues yet even though i called 15-20 times @PaytmBank

    @Paytmcare I have been struggling to get a resolution which involves 50 th Rs . You guys are not reverting over chat and also on Ph calls. It has been 24 hrs plus . Wallet Ref 45175505451 and 45175500828. Pathetic customer care neither answering nor able to track my money .

    @Paytmcare I must say who ever is handling your social media customer care is totally incompetent , please ask your team to re check my dm there were 2 issues and you have attended to only one...what kind of customer care is this?? please understand we are not under mercy of #paytm

    @benudharmajhi @Paytmcare That is a known tactic they use with others also. Promise a refund but never gives it to us. Don't wait any longer, initiate an immediate legal action against them with the help of @getmyrefundin so that you can get your money back from these frauds
