@Paytm is #softwaregore. I have been trying to reset my password for the past hour, to no avail. Also, what’s the use of your customer service feedback if you give me the option “couldn’t connect to customer service executive”, and when I choose that you just say “thank you”?

@Paytmcare de-link my paytm kyc, it's been 3 months since I am trying to transfer my KYC to new number. Kyc centres don't help. In-app support is not ready for any custom query. no support if I call Paytm customer service, I always get the same issue that call volume is large.
