24 hours... and yet no concerns shown by either @Paytm or @srisugamtravels. What did I expect.. the whole business is bloody focused towards the profit of the travels and the ticket booking merchants. Customer service is a joke.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Waive off the late fees you have charged on late payment of Paytm Postpaid dues as due to system issue I was unbale to make payment. All my previous payments are on time You cannot charge such heavy late payment fees, either waive it off or CLOSE my account.
