    No proper resolution since 2 days. First cashback became voucher, then hidden eligibility condition appeared later. Is this support or just fooling customers? Screenshots already shared. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Before offer page only showed FLAT ₹50 cashback with Paytm UPI above ₹100 No mention of any 60day restriction After payment, support called it a voucher, then changed the reason to not eligible. Contradictory explanations hidden conditions are unfair to users. @Paytm @Paytmcare
