@Paytmcare I want to file a complaint with the consumer forum or the banking ombudsman , let them decide how paytm is doing the fraud with the customers ...... Moreover it's a clear violation of guidelines by not having a helpline number or providing the email id to customer

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Worst customer service ever. Guys please be careful with your paytm wallet money. It gets blocked suddenly without prior intimation on kyc expiration and you will go crazy getting your money back from the wallet.

@vijayshekhar you are running a fraud Vijay, you are issuing expired coupon to the customers and stealing their money. @Paytm is a big fraud. Reason of Paytm is in bottom is clear that customer are going away from paytm as you cheat them. I will take my case to the court.

@Paytmcare Took a personal loan on Paytm app which I wanted to transfer to HDFC. Now I have got DD from HDFC not sure how and where to submit the DD. Tried calling customer care from Paytm app but never get the response. Tried to reach local Paytm team in Telangana state no use. Pls help.
