My airlines had cancelled the flight tickets on 6th Aug and refunded the entire amount to Paytm. Its been 3 months and Paytm has kept the money in-spite of 70+ customer care call, 50+ mails and a complain to RBI. Shameless company, shameless people @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@rohitshahid @Paytmcare That sucks I hate it when people do such acts message Unitech_Support on Instagram, they helped me recover my stolen funds from my wallet which was hacked by an unknown hacker...they help resolve hacked wallets with stolen funds and tokens or crypto coins no phase needed

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Ashamed.. Ashamed I am on the kind of service levels of a company that calls itself one of the unicorn of Indian fintech space with a tagline- Paytm karo. Ashamed I am being a called a customer of such a brand who does not know how to value loyal customers.

@Paytm @paytmgold Such a bad customer care service.... I have been trying since yesterday to connect customer care and nobody is picking up or contacting back.....my account is blocked for no reason and my cannot move my money....worst service....😠😠
