@Paytm is not serious about their customers. After more then a of reporting a fraud issue they are still not serious. All are requested to stop using Paytm app.

@Paytm why are you not activating @fastagofficial.. We are in touch with your customer care since 18 dec. Still problem is not resolved. I am paying double charges on tolls just because of your bad services. @consumercourtin

@Paytm has just enabled an AI for issue resolution and what if our issue is not listed in the AI and we have another query not only this if we connect to call then also there is no one to entertain us, clear signal to use Paytm with care...
