@Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

@Paytm @Paytmcare your app has a glitch where it doesn't allow vehicle number to be updated for fast tag. That option itself isn't available and your support team (on call) gives false information of having a support ticket created. I can't even see that ticket in app!!!

@Paytmcare I was never sent a monthly statement for the post paid account and a late fee was charged. The chat option in the app only has pre defined questions but no way to raise this issue. No Phone# or email available either.

Really frustrated with the #paytm customer reps ; Firstly you arent able to reach them through the app( there u can only talk to a bot ) ; through twitter @Paytmcare u can contact them after some 'tweets' but they frustrate u like anything @Paytm
