@Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

@PaytmTravelCare Absolutely shameless service by @Paytm. Refund not received even after countless reminders and calls Worst customer support ever. Both refunds stuck at the same stage till date Booking IDs: 6039421294,26038784803. Once payment is done do customer mean nothing? Where is our money?

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare Let’s be clear: During the recharge, the T&C for DOUBLEWIN was not shown. Whether it was a technical glitch or any other reason, the fact remains that I was misled into recharging, because if I had seen the T&C, I would not have used Paytm.

@PaytmBusiness Thanks to ANKIT TIWARI from @Paytm @PaytmBusiness for handling my issue n resolving it promptly. My issue is now solved, rental charges n extra deductions have been restored to their original as they were previously. I hope Paytm continues to provid such better servc in future

@Paytm I have contacted Paytm Help & Support multiple times, but the bot only raises tickets and the refund is still pending. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no proper response or resolution.

@PaytmBusiness I want to complaint about an issue I faced by paytm business QR , For my account i have selected to accept only 2000 with rupay card (which is free ) why and how customer was able to send 10k which made me pay 319 rs I want my money back @Paytmcare @Paytm
