    @Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

    @Paytmcare My UPI Lite balance is still zero after a failed transaction on March 30. Refund received for the failed transaction, but my existing balance vanished. Human support is non existent and the AI bot keeps closing my tickets. Please help! Ticket: #200011160946

    @Paytmcare, @vijayshekhar : 5 days and still struggling to speak to customer care...have send 5 msgs since yesterday to connect, mentioned the timeline as well...yet no one seems to be bothered...undoubtedly Mr. Vijay is running a troop of idiots...hopelessness personified!

    @Paytmcare worst customer support of this company my problem is not fixed yet they are just sharing me bot replies in DM no resolution yet I have also tried transactions at petrol pump, grocery stores and other merchants, but still my Paytm postpaid is not working showing error.

    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why is there not one single person I can talk to when in need? The ph no you've provided on the internet either says busy or not working. My payment which I made last night still hasnt gone through on your end & I am stuck in this orange limbo situation.

    @Paytmcare I booked an Akasa Air flight through Paytm Travel but I have been informed by Akasa Air that the flight has been cancelled. Their customer care have asked me to reach out to Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process but I am unable to get hold of a human agent.

    @Paytmcare How much time will you take it’s been more than 4 days since i have raised the request for a refund. I have contacted the airline they have already transferred the refund why are you guys not giving back the amount. Such pathetic customer service & 0 accountability. PNR-LB1FFA
