@Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

@Paytmcare It is really shameful and disappointing that @paytm @Paytmcare customer service has been dropped at such a low level that hundreds and thousands of people like me are struggling to get their air fares refunds related to last year April'20 flights cancelled due to lockdown.

The only option it shows is, doorstep kyc which is charged 150rs. Is this some way to make money and so online KYC is getting rejected and data issue is shown🙄 @Paytm @Paytmcare
