  @Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

  @Paytmcare No cashback has been credited, yet the issue is being marked as resolved. Kindly review the actual offer shown at the time of payment and provide a proper resolution instead of repeating the same response.

  @Paytmcare You are providing inconsistent responses. On one hand, you state that “the scratch card is expired and no longer applicable,” while on the other, you mention that “the concern is being looked into.” I request you to thoroughly review my issue and provide an answer/resolution.
