    @Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

    The @PaytmBusiness customer care is the shitest thing to exist, their AI customer executive is the worst, you have to explain the same issue to them again and again. They have no ethics. Looting their customer that's why Paytm's stats are this bad. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    Extremely disappointed with @Paytm and Paytm Payments Bank customer support. My Paytm Payments Bank account (ending 3400) has been deactivated, and I urgently require a cancelled cheque or account confirmation letter to update my bank details for mutual fund investments.

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    @Paytmcare More than 48 hours have passed and still the @Paytmcare @Paytm is figuring out the problem. How much time you all will take to tackle this. Unprofessionalism is at its pinnacle.

    @Paytm I placed an order on Flipkart and made the payment through Paytm because there was a ₹50 cashback offer. It was mentioned that the cashback would be credited after the return period but I still haven't received it. Please check and help. #Paytm #CashbackIssue @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have third class customer support. I have been repeatedly trying to get status on my ticket 500009441446,but all my efforts to reach you are in vain.Try to understand not every query can be solved through BOT,keep an option open for human interaction.
