@Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

@paytm @vijayshekhar it seems no matter what I try I cannot speak to an actual human to resolve my issue. Feels like it is done on purpose too. How do you expect people to continue using services if simple mechanisms are not in place.
