    @Paytmcare I have paytm first subscription but @Paytm doesn't give me priority service according paytm first subscription. I am trying to talk with customer service representative to solve my problem from last 1 hour but unfortunately I can't successed. I am very disappointed.

    @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

    I am unable to invest in my Mirae assets ELSS fund through Paytm from last week it’s giving an erro “Somethign went wrong” I submitted the ticket yet no resolution. I am not getting any help how to invest further on this fund. @PaytmMoney @MiraeAsset_IN @Paytmcare

    I have a paytm business account I facing an issue from last 6 month I have ₹1 payment limit and I do many complaints for increase it but there is no resolution from paytm . And ticket closed without resolution that’s your support or Care ….? @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

    @PaytmBusiness @paytm if today i didn't received any soundbox from you i will file a complaint against you at Consumer Affairs. Very very poor service. Totaly frustrating

    @Paytmcare SBI Customer Care has confirmed twice that no refund has been received against RRN 617303079622. SBI is not providing written confirmation. Kindly recheck with your payment partner and share proof of settlement or reprocess the refund.
