    @Paytmcare how to convince you guys that my problem is not resolved and you don't have any customer care, a rent payment which has not been processed for 48 hours is not a problem for u, give the money back if it is so problematic to process 🙏 @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

    3.Make Complete PLI/RPLI portal available on IPPB app 4. Introduce Fingerprint authentication for login.(@paytm @NPCI_BHIM already have this feature) 5. Last but most important please speed up the app. Too much loading on every click #IndiaPostApkaDost also #IndiaPostKaDost

    @Paytm it is very difficult to do any transaction with paytm. I paid credit card bill of 10k, which is showing in progress since yesterday morning. No customer care support. Thankfully i tried with 10k, my entire bill was more than 1lakh. Today is due date. No update on it

    @Paytmcare @Paytm we have a business account on paytm. It was dormant till date. Today just activated. We have legally changed the name of firm also. The change is not big. So we want to update the name and then only we will start using Paytm business..will you help us? Thanks

    @nuegoindia @Paytmcare I wouldn't be traveling again with nuego. Faced serious issues first time. Work got hampered, plans got canceled and much more. The credit won't be required. Moreover, got similar or much worse feedback for nuego when discussed the same with other frequent travellers.

    @Paytmcare Dear Anam Can you update Where is the refund amount the airline has already refunded to the Agency account. Why are you guys not refunded yet. This is a really pathetic customer service from Paytm @DGCAIndia @RamMNK Paytm is refunding the amount of customers after flight cancel

    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.
