    3.Make Complete PLI/RPLI portal available on IPPB app 4. Introduce Fingerprint authentication for login.(@paytm @NPCI_BHIM already have this feature) 5. Last but most important please speed up the app. Too much loading on every click #IndiaPostApkaDost also #IndiaPostKaDost

    @Paytmcare my 18 march - 2130/- didn't settle in my acc & they always says settle hogya hai but when i give then proof bank statement they will say apko call ayega & when customer support call they only say one this apka aawaj nahi aara after multiple calls got nothing 👎

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar No one is bother to rpl. No one is ready to see the problem Even after messaging no one is ready to listen. It's almost 49000 my hard earn money. Customer service at its worst.

    @Paytmcare I opted personal loan through paytm. Loan approved and I received msg from paytm that loan was transferred to my account. But amount not credited. Not able to rise the ticket in app. Ticket shows that issue solved, without solving anything.
