@Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

@SandeepMall I m also frustrated with @Paytmcare to close my account with paytm till now could not do it as they don't have any live customer support they just raise a ticket and give a miss call to close the ticket..to cancel a account it very difficult with these companies

@RBI more than 24 hrs but still no update. @kreditbee, @Paytm and Nira are the best. There is no customer care to talk from your side. Pathetic.
