@Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

Hloo paytm bank. The Amount of ₹1400 transfer from paytm payment bank to SBI on 9 Jan 2022.But this Amount is not transfer (failed) and deducted from Account. And Now 3 working days complete now But not refund Yet. @PaytmBank @Paytm

I did a transaction of Rs.492.15 but it failed due to some technical reasons of Paytm itself.I was said deducted money will be refunded in 2-3 days but it's been 4 days still I didn't get the money.I tried to contact customer care but they didn't respond me yet.@Paytm @Paytmcare
