@Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

@Paytmcare Is there any way I can talk to customer care, I tried calling numbers mentioned in paytm site but it's just IVR, there is no option to speak to customer care. Also Paytm 24x7 help replying on the other day and they even do not understand the issue. It's frustrating.

Paytm has no return or replacement policies they are making fool on the app showing return and replace are eligible but according to quality issue they are not listing anyone . Seller can send anything and they can reject your return request .@Paytm #paytmkaro @Flipkart @amazon
