@Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

@MjfDatta Sir I was fooled too. Unfortunately I didn’t check with friends.. They too have faced the same issues in past.. The told me @paytmmallcare is known for selling sub standard products.. Don’t ever by from them.. Lesson learnt and I’ll never shop with @Paytm..

@Paytm Don't buy anything from Paytm mall because if you did you are bound to face all kinds of problems they don't have customer care department nor they have any mail id or number so the only way you can get your problem resolved is by filing a case in consumer forum.
