    @Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

    @paytm seeing the responses i am thinking of quitting paytm and will ask others to do so as they may also get similar negative attitude from the paytm. No proper customer problem solution mechanism but close query themselves without resolution.

    @Paytmcare no proper customer solution service. Customer satisfaction is worthless for paytm as its customer base increased alot so they need not to cater their problems and close the query or complaint without proper resolution or satisfaction that to in case of kyc compliance.
