@Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

@Paytm I think it's stupid that there's no way to contact anyone to ask for Paytm postpaid system , I am a regular customer of postpaid and today when it offered me to upgrade my postpaid , I checked yes and now it says my pan is linked to another account when that's not

@Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare I was a regular customer of Paytm back in 2014/15/16/17 but I had to quit the services because of the frustrating wallet-system, KYC and all. Now again, I had to install Paytm after 4 years just to register complain that I can't use my wallet yet.

@Paytm I have raised a ticket regarding my payment done to e challan the amount has deducted from my account and still it's in processing almost 5days I have raised plenty of complaint on your 24/7 help site but not received any update from your end awaiting for better response
