    Hi @zomato @Paytm I have added 4000 rs in Paytm wallet on Zomato through CC and payment been deducted however payment did not credit in Paytm wallet. I spoke to one of Paytm customer care executive, however he was not ready to help me. Please return my money back.

    @Paytmcare Hi, I have not received the Fast Tag ordered on 26 May, however this should be delivered by 29 May. I am not able to travel due to fast tag unavailabity. This is my worst experience with Paytm. I am also not getting any help from customers care.

    Worse customer support from @Paytm @Paytmcare No direct access to talk with agent, every time connected with IVRS, no redirection what we want.....poor support Iam expecting Paytm shares hit by double digit number 👎👎👎very bad luck to you

    @paytmbankcare Just no use. I had sent number via DM still there had been no constructive reply only the same reply (automated or what?) To go to 24x 7 helpline. Now I got an email saying there's a login to the account from another device. Please do not use @Paytm if you wish for safety.

    What the hell @Paytmcare i just want to transfer my kyc to a new number and I am not able to do it and phone support keeps suggesting the app flow which does not work for me how can I get this sorted asap!!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare extremely upset with service! My aged mums money is just stuck cuz your KYC is defunct. List of demand to close accounts is unreal, not asked when u open account. Customer care not even helping move the money to another account. Extremely upset and disappointed.

    @Paytmcare everytime I try using my money to your wallet, it never happened and money got stucked for 2 3 days, everytime!!! No doubt you guys are loosing everything, 2 3 years of using paytm and now I can see this issues everyday.... Pathetic @Paytm .

    @Paytm i have paid paytm postpaid bill in last month almost 1 month before but still not updated and Paytm customer care service is so poor and time consuming so irresponsible behavior due to this my CIBIL score continually triggers. i have complained but still not responding

    Issue not resolved after giving multiple requests & clarification. Hence, yesterday requested for closure of postpaid account. It has been closed today. Will continue to use other @Paytm services. Thanks.
