  How @Paytm manipulate customer @Paytmcare A thread 1/4 I am a very old customer of Paytm and have been using its Soundbox service for a long time. Initially, my plan was ₹49 per month, but it was later increased to ₹99 without my knowledge.

  Despite multiple DMs, emails, and complaints since July 23, @Paytm still hasn’t resolved my fraudulent Soundbox issue. I was promised lifetime free service by their agent in 2022. Now I’m being harassed for ₹1998 for a device I never used after fraud! #ConsumerRights #PaytmFraud

  @Paytm @Paytmcare just made a transaction of 48 ruppes from UPI lite . within 2 seconds Paytm failed but money deducted But main thing is k neither they are showing help option for that transaction not money refunded.. Don't know how to got my money back Uninstall Paytm asap
