@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare Refund status of booking ID 9242331296. The travel date was Feb 2020 and it's July 2021 already. I think my grandchildren will have to fight for the refund and not sure even if they will receive it. Really disappointed with the customer support. 1/2

@Paytm my Account was working fine, no idea again it says to send sms for verification & I'm unable to send SMS from my sim which is in the same mobile. Can you help ?
