  It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

  @saaaanjjjuuu Same with @Swiggy @Paytm .. they will ask us to mail them, or wait for 72 hrs for the resolution that’s it they will think we will forget the issue…

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I will not activate or accept any rental/subscription charges for a device I cannot use. Clarify immediately why it was dispatched and confirm that no charges will be imposed without my consent. Resolve my account limit issue or take the Soundbox back at no cost.

  @Paytmcare Stop sending automated bot replies claiming a completed transaction is 'pending'! Read my issue: I am pointing out your app’s technical routing glitch, not asking for transaction status. Stop deflecting and provide a manual response from a human representative!

  @Paytm Do you even verify companies before issuing coupons, or list any fraud brand? Bought earbuds using a Paytm coupon—product is complete garbage & company support number is switched off! If I pay you tomorrow to sell ***** instead of talcum powder, who takes responsibility?
