@Paytmcare @BandBajaateRaho @jagograhakjago 7th may it was my due date for Paytm postpaid, nd yesterday over the screen it was showing as pay minimum 500 to avoid the late fee, after paying 1k they charged late fee today... Why??worst.. Never recommend to use postpaid service

@Paytm Hi, I have scanned the QR code to pay but it took a/c of different person than I intended to pay. So I had to pay again to person. Pls find the attached screenshot of the two transactions and kindly help. Again I checked today paytm is selecting the previous paid person.

@Paytm can you help me close my savings account with you ? The customer service is asking me to upload a check of my other account. I've had 0 balance since the account was opened. In fact, I wasn't even aware that I had a savings account with Paytm.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I don't understand customer call me and send me link for my paytm postpaid payment and they waive my late payment and it should be updated in 24 hrs but after 7 days were is no updation and paytm charges interest on my late payment.
