    @Paytm my paytm wallet is inactive and not your any executive and kyc center help me for active my wallet. And your customer care service also not helpful. Because all your paytm customer care all time busy. And your 24*7 helpline also not helpfull.

    @Paytmcare Sent you a dm. This is the order id/ UPI reference no - 228537030888.Merchant refunded the money 11 days back - RRN no - 228944801445. There is absolutely no help from customer care channels on why the money is not refunded

    @Paytm @Paytmcare - Terrible customer service.I logged tickets, called customer care, sent emails there is no response. Please look into the matter asap: Transaction id - 228537030888. Transaction date was 12/10/22. RRN no - 228944801445.
