i was only using @Paytm but your service make to move on another app because i can't afford mental tortures from your coustomer care service i know 64.9₹ is not huge amount but if this can happen once then in future possibility of happening this may increase

@Paytmcare This post is with reference to my previous experience. When such issue happens, you will raise your hands saying its bank responsibility and you are just service provider. Anyhow forget it. My main point is how this can be resolved or avoided.

@Paytmcare Do you guys have any timeline or not.. I am waiting since 15 days with no resolution.. this is frustrating and hughly disappointing.. resolve this issue as soon as possible or i will add consumer court complain on this.
