    My Paytm account suddenly got logged out and now it says “your mobile number has been blocked.” My bank account and UPI work on other apps. I also have ₹1700 stuck in UPI Lite. I cannot even access support because login is required. Please help escalate this issue.@Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi waseem,thank you for responding. I have already messaged @Paytmcare with all details. Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible since my account was blocked unexpectedly and I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare it’s been 4 days and my refund is still pending. The process is painfully slow and customer support is almost unreachable. After-sales service is seriously disappointing for something as basic as a refund. Please fix this system and respond faster.

    What is this behaviour @Paytm @Paytmcare, First of all it gets log out automaticly, and now when i openned paytm it show you have to login, now when i am trying to login it shows access denied, your number has been blocked? Seriously ? Fix this issue-

To help resolve this, we’ve already reached out to our lending partner for an alternate payment option and are currently awaiting the required details.     Hi @Paytmcare, I booked flight 9I-867 from Hyderabad to Pune for 17 March 2026 through Paytm. The flight was cancelled and I was informed that a full refund would be processed. It has been quite some time now, and despite raising a support ticket and following up via email. (1/n)
