@Paytm @Paytmcare On 22nd July 2025, my friend booked a bus ticket for me and him, but just before the trip the bust got cancelled. On 26th July we raised a query/ticket through Paytm help option available in the app in order to initiate our refund but still nothing. Kindly help.

@Paytmcare The issue isn’t resolved. It’s a hardware problem ,the box’s charging pin is broken. Troubleshooting steps won’t help. Please arrange repair or replacement @Paytmcare @Paytm
