@Paytm I am an old user with completed KYC. I accidentally sent money to my frnd from my wallet to his wallet. The money was deducted and was also reflected in his wallet. But he cant resend me the money from his wallet. Plz Help.

Merchants are facing lot's of difficulty due to low quality Chinese sound box and extremely slow replacement by paytm. @vijayshekhar any plan to improve this or we should leave @paytm as @Paytmcare is incomplete.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Really a very bad customer service experience from PayTM. I never thought this is how they treat their business customers. No resolution of a problem for more than 40 days. Wrong sales tactics used just to sell their product.

@Paytm I have send money using Paytm UPI and while contacting with officials the response from their part was very bad and irresponsive,i have lost my money and I am in between the bank,Paytm and the merchant now they are telling me solve the issue myself

@Paytm why I cannot sign in paytm app without turning on location? What is your excuse? @GooglePay has similar things with doing upi transaction and threre excuse is complainace.
