    @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month

    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've been trying to open a Paytm Business account for the last 5–6 days. I've raised multiple support tickets, but I haven't received any callback or resolution. I'm still unable to complete my registration. Please look into this issue and help me resolve it.

    @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare If you don't want to keep customers, then why do you have the platform, just end it. AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?

    @Paytm My Paytm account has not been working for more than 15 days, and my issue is still unresolved. Every time I raise the concern on X, I receive the same response saying that the team is “working on it,” but there has been no actual resolution.

    My brother purchased @amazonIN vocher through @Paytm but It says already redeemed pls help money not credited
