    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare my payment debited from my account but transaction failed but amount not refund in my source account. And I complaint to Customer care but not reply recived .Paytm show your customers care reply with 4 hours but still after 15 hours no reply from Paytm

    @Paytm help and support system is the most affected by the covid situation, I guess. I have been trying to contact them since may, 2021 regarding a query but no solution is provided. No update on the matter, no contact from their side. Very disappointing to see such behaviour.
