    @Paytm Generated a ticket on 08-05-2026 to close my Paytm Business account, but still no action. Customer support is just wasting time and treating customers like fools. Close the account ASAP. @jagograhakjago @PMOIndia

    @Paytm Why is my mobile no bearing blocked from accessing paytm.I have not done any transaction suspicious.I have been using Paytm for many days and if this happens to me it is quite frustrating.Solve the issue quickly and I have messaged to paytm cares but no reply. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago 5 days since I reported issue about unused Nykaa giftcard bought from Paytm showing 'invalid' despite being in validity & not redeemed. Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Unable to complete my KYC and your support team has been of no help at all. No resolution, no guidance, just left on my own. Absolutely terrible customer support experience.
