@Paytmcare @Paytm third class helpline of paytm who just say we can't help you as we don't have any information.. Money credited in wallet I/o merchant a/c and customer care saying we can't help. V. poor service. It will take 100 years you to be at par of what @amazon service is.

@Paytmcare what the hell is wrong with you people?? Firast of the delivery agents was unable to deliver my order even after giving him complete details over call.. n later my order gets canceled without any reason.. pathetic service by Paytm n #xpressbee .. very horrible exprnce

@Paytmcare You still do not understand the issue.. i never cancelled the booking.. who asked paytm to cancel the tickets? I never did. i just asked that incase i need to cancel what will be the mode of refund..
