@Paytmcare Hello paytm, it's been more than 48 hours money transfer didn't work and txn failed but money has been deducted from the payers account and your support is pathetic no way to contact them. Help on priority or will be forced to raise a complaint with RBI

@Paytmcare i made 2200rs payment to mpocket threw paytm on 8 September 6.50pm amount diducted from account after that transaction fail refund yet to credit in my account i raised complainant but it is closed kindly help

@Paytm Takes money for mobile recharge. Shows "recharge failed, and refunded." But I didn't get any refund yet. Happened twice. Worst part, no proper customer assistance available.

@Bibhuprasad20 @paytm takes the security of its users' accounts very seriously, and if it suspects that an account has been compromised, paytm disabled the account, I had similar experience, luckily for me I was referred to @perrel_hacks on Twitter who help to reactivate my account back
