@alokerai04 @Paytm @Paytmcare This is a fraud message. Download paytm app and login If you are able to login to app then there is nothing to worry about. Do check the sender's number if it's only a mobile number it's a fraud no doubt, because.

Fasttag not working in one toll plaza for Paytm . Got stuck in toll both karjeevanhally ( tumkur - tavrekere ) L06 17743 with my Paytm tag. Operator took cash from me. Showed him balance and all other toll have charged me on fasttag. @NHAI_Official @Paytm

@Paytmcare everytime I call to customer care I'll hear the same sentence. "We will forward to this to our concerned team" yet I receive no update and nothing about my complaint also there should be an escalation team so that we can forward them directly.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I've used postpaid payment services to make the merchant txn from my husband's account but it was debited multiple times on 19/12/2021 and still there was no reverse amount received. I've also called to customer care but not getting proper resolution
