    @Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have one of the worst in-app help system. There is no way to reach out to you on call for support. I have been one of the earliest users or Paytm & have stick to this app for UPI & all of my needs but did not expect poor support, kindly reach out to me asap

    @Paytmcare I made a purchase on 4 April 2026 on Blinkit. As per your scratch card terms and conditions, the cashback was supposed to be credited within 15 days; however, it has still not been credited. Please look into this issue.

    Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.

    I just paid Rs 25,000 to a vendor using @paytm app. Paytm UPI worked perfectly well. If you are a Paytm user do not have any anxiety on usage of Paytm app. It is working well. I have unwavering faith on @vijayshekhar and @Paytm. They will come out stronger from every issue they face.

    @Paytmcare I understand policies, but policies should also allow exceptions in genuine medical emergencies. I have already shared all supporting documents regarding my mother’s condition. Completely denying any help in such a situation is really disappointing. At least a partial refund,
