@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

@Paytmcare Hi, Your UPI transaction of Rs. 10000 for UPI reference number 119128738850 on 10 Jul 2021 has failed. Any amount deducted will be refunded in 2 bank working days. Time taken by your bank to hand over this money in your account is beyond our control. Already 5 days.

@Paytmcare I talked to SBI customer care they say I have done transaction with paytm upi and paytm is 3rd party apps for them. I have to complain about it in paytm only. And you ask me to talk to bank customer care. This means that it is risky to take the payment here.

@Paytmcare how can I connect with your customer care. When I call on your helpline number they say that transaction is done but when I check the transaction status it is showing transaction failed. Please look into this matter ASAP
