@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

@Paytm Hi team, I had done one transaction for mobile recharge on 26th feb. Money got deducted from bank but recharge was unsuccessful. In your app there is no proper customer support where you can resolve your issue soon.

@Paytm your 24*7 chat assist is meaningless. It keeps asking for screenshot and makes us repeat the issue we are facing. @Paytmcare can you please let me know till when will I get the money back as I am getting absolutely no help from application.
