@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

@Paytmcare i was in the checkout queue and ordered the voucher, i waited for an hour and wasted my time and still didn't get the voucher. Finally i have up and paid and left. Tried to call customer care, they just sent link for the chatbot where didn't even have this option.

@Paytmcare I purchased a Voucher of Rs 10000/- suggested by a sales man at lifestyle. You deducted the amount from my Wallet but you jave not give the voucher, your customer care care tells me to wait for 4 hrs.. should I stant at the store for 4 hrs?? #paytmsucks

Provide mechant bank account no kyc so the detail on digital site all is wrong and misleading, what kind of @Paytm internal check, of kyc guninity check, and not sharing though i reptititive complian, to ur office @HMOIndia
