@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

@Paytmcare I have sold my vehicle and need to disconnect the fastag from my wallet but could not do so.tried to do it multiple times from the mobile app but this is not happening. When a ticket is created the ticket is shown as resolved without solving the customer"s issue.

I gave complaint on 19/3/2022 against SRS Bus cancellation. Itz been more 40 days still no update and there is no proper response from Paytm customer care. I think Paytm is recovery Share market loss money from this type of works . Worst customer care @PaytmTravel @Paytm

@Paytmcare @RBI @AdityaBirlaGrp I was approved and supposedly disbursed a loan on 24th April, 2022. Till date, 28 th April 2022 no amount has been credited in my account. There is no Customer Care number, kindly help.
