@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

@UPI_NPCI Made a UPI Transaction on 2 APRIL 2022.The transaction was successful from paytm end but the amount is not credited to merchant account.The UPI ref ID is 209206354505. Didnt get any help from @Paytmcare & @Paytm. How are you going to make digital India,with such issues

@Paytmcare I recently contacted paytm helpline number,as my KYC was already complete but on the app its showing that my KYC is not complete so I can't transfer any funds,so the customer care told me that I have duplicate accounts made so they will remove one,but ticket not issued

@Paytm @Paytmcare I'm trying to change my loan amount in application, but this doesn't work, and your Customer Care Service is very worst which is I have already expiring, there is no response from your end, and so options in Paytm app for the same issue.

@Paytmcare tried to book tickets from IRCTC ON 01.04.2022. The payment gateway used is of Paytm. The amount got deducted however the tickets are not booked. IRCTC said they didn’t receive the amount. Order id100003308524837.(39687565999).please help.@Paytm
