@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

@Paytmcare recently started using Paytm postpaid. Got charged with hefty late payment fees... No reminders, no auto debit feature...only 7 days gap between statement date and due date.. doesn't sound fair..no customer support for this feature..it hurts.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your app does not workto pay the Paytm postpaid bill. You levied a fine on my account when the payment option didn't work And your "24*7 customer support" is a chatbot whose postpaid section has only one option to click following which it will close the chat!

Hey @Paytm and @IRCTCofficial, I had a transaction on 21 Jan 2023 for a Tatkal railway ticket but the ticket was not booked. Payment was successful through Paytm but the money has disappeared. Transaction ID: 302119206984, Order ID: 100003911790839. Can you help me resolve this.?
