    @Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

    @Paytmcare I called Abhimanyu Bus service on 8 july and they said from our side refund has been issued it's upto the paytm when will they issue your refund.

    @Paytmcare How long will you be providing repeated computerise message if you can't provide a service shut off your services.. ek simple transaction your app is showing that the code is already used but the code hasn't been used yet.. it's been 2 days already since the complaint was raised

    I am unable to invest in my Mirae assets ELSS fund through Paytm from last week it’s giving an erro “Somethign went wrong” I submitted the ticket yet no resolution. I am not getting any help how to invest further on this fund. @PaytmMoney @MiraeAsset_IN @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @ACKOIndia I bought a new car insurance policy from #Paytm #acko, but after deduction of payment I am unable to upload KYC document on Paytm app I trying to resolve the issue from last six hours, but not received a satisfied answer from Paytm customer care

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare No response yet..? its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund asap.

    @Paytmcare Despite meeting all the conditions, I still received the same error. Because of this, I had to pay for my travel from my own pocket. I paid extra for ATP but didn’t receive a timely resolution. What is the purpose of this package if it cannot be used when it’s actually needed?

    Even after verification is completed it is showing failed to verify number. I am using BHIM from its initial releases but now I am facing pathetic experience. Where as i didn’t find any issues with @PhonePe @Paytm @GooglePayIndia
