@Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

Made a payment at a local @Paytm merchant outlet that caters to multiple walkins. The speaker feature announcing payment amt received helped him manage multiple customers at the same time. Solving a major issue for merchants. Super initiative @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Do not make false promises to resolve a customer issue. Remove customers support section from App. It is absolutely useless. 4 months still waiting for resolution. Check your DM, no one responded after endless follow ups . Do not ask me to share again.
