    @Paytmcare I was updated my application and try to login but I am enable to do this and by mistake same number added in signup options so my last account deleted and new account created. I registered complaint 3 weeks ago but wasn't get support. I loos fastag+balance.

    @Paytm Blatant scam by @Paytm Travel. Booked Pathankot→Katra. No proper boarding details, just a district name. Called operator, said bus cancelled, “refund aa jayega” and cut call. 7+ days now. Paytm hiding behind operator approval while holding my money. ZERO support, only bots/IVR.

    @Paytmcare It's more than 2 weeks since I raised ticket. Is it some rocket science to identify the shortfall of bal. I want to know how can customer rely on your internal systems. Had I not checked the balance then? Why shouldn't I conclude that it's general and intentional practice #paytm

    @nuegoindia @Paytm @jagograhakjago What should I do with “review” and “patience” when I’m facing this right now? Paid for an AC bus but traveling in a packed bus with no AC. I have suffocation issues and this is affecting me badly. I need an immediate solution, not just an apology.
