    @Paytmcare I have usage paytm postpaid i have pay regularly but this time your side issue and you have late fee charged me .i have complain customer care but till date not any update for my issue. I think your system is totally slow.

    Companies like @Paytm can never become a great success. It's been 3 days that I've been trying to call @Paytmcare. There is no resolution on the issue. It has been 13 days that I ordered @FASTag_NETC. Not here yet.

    @Paytmcare and @Paytm apko aur kitna time lagega bhai shaheb..meri problem ka solution dhundne mein.. Other wise I have got many more opstion are available in my mobile application chart ..this guy @GooglePay is good in giving the services man.. your time start now.

    @paytm I'm trying to contact any customer care executive since this morning and I'm not able to reach any. I have tried almost all the options to reach you guys. I have two queries please do contact me. Or tell me how to contact you. It's frustrating.

    Transactions failed via @Paytm @PhonePe_ @Razorpay @GooglePayIndia @ICICIBank @KotakBankLtd @MobiKwik Not all 7 gateways would have problem at the same time. Surely something from @RailMinIndia

    Tried calling to talk to customer care executive at @Paytm and they made me listen to bunch of series of prerecorded things and select the options and finally sent me the link to Bot chat box... So there's basically no one in the company to listen or solve any query... #Shame

    @Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!

    @paytm @Paytmcare all they did is transfer call from one department to another and at the end, call was left in no mans land. Seems like none of support executive are given some power to escalate issues. Till now all efforts are in vain,

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.

    Booked a flight from Navi Mumbai (NMI) ➝ Patna (PAT). Got my ticket and somehow it says Chhatrapati Shivaji (BOM) ➝ Patna instead Pretty sure I didn't select BOM. Is this an app glitch or has anyone else experienced this? @Paytm @Paytmcare
