    @paytm @Paytmcare all they did is transfer call from one department to another and at the end, call was left in no mans land. Seems like none of support executive are given some power to escalate issues. Till now all efforts are in vain,

    @Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!

    @Paytmcare I have usage paytm postpaid i have pay regularly but this time your side issue and you have late fee charged me .i have complain customer care but till date not any update for my issue. I think your system is totally slow.

    Tried calling to talk to customer care executive at @Paytm and they made me listen to bunch of series of prerecorded things and select the options and finally sent me the link to Bot chat box... So there's basically no one in the company to listen or solve any query... #Shame

    @Paytm @Paytmcare We tried signing up for a business account on paytm today for payment gateway for our upcoming ecommerce website, and found that the number is already been used before by some other person and has already been setup by that person for his business needs.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare says that currently, @UPPCLLKO recharge is not active at Paytm as the service contract is over with this biller. Such vital info should have been passed over to customers instantly to avoid such problems, anxiety and harassment to the customers. Thanks.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I am using your 1 device & you are charging rental for 2. I tried connecting to your local representatives to resolve my issue. They hardly cared. Even writing a mail to your customer care & your CEO is useless to me. Thank you for your great service.
