@Paytm @Paytmcare We tried signing up for a business account on paytm today for payment gateway for our upcoming ecommerce website, and found that the number is already been used before by some other person and has already been setup by that person for his business needs.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm I called to PAYTM helpline number 11th times about my Complaint but they are not replying me properly and not also anyone replying me in 24x7 message box. They all are saying same reply on call that they highlight issue. But nothing happening. Really feeling bad to use paytm. 🚫

@Paytm your IVR is pathetic, it didn’t let me connect to your customer service. Your 24*7 support is useless. I booked Gas on 2nd of March but still it’s not delivered and your 24*7 support keep saying about 4 days but it’s already 6 days past. Horrendous. Pls sort this out ASAP
