  @Paytm @Paytmcare without KYC you allow customer to add money to Paytm wallet but donot allow to make payment through Paytm wallet. What kind of business model is that? Recharge made to Paytm wallet is not unusable and you force customer to share KYC to withdraw their own money?

  My paytm savings acct got blocked for no reason at 1st it said to comp. kyc which was already done before, after 2 days it started to show that customer info needs to be updated i did that but yet nothing after 48hrs, pls solve this issue @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank

  @Paytm pathetic customer care service, useless options and difficult to get option for talk...call continued to wait for 10 mins and then disconnected...pls have better customer care service. Have more executives..make it better and not a typical Indian company..

  @Paytmcare Never buy or Sell gold with Paytm, I have lost 7000 selling gold in Paytm. And the useless, dumbish, 🤬🤬 24×7 live chat system is of no use. No support, nothing and few articles, which don't have any values. Don't use this fraud app 🤬🤬🤬
