I have already tried multiple times, but the agents have no knowledge about the real issue. They just keep saying it is a KYC problem, but the issue is completely different.

Unable to toggle to one time payment to upi lite. The prompt stays on auto up . I don't want to use the auto top up facility. No one has been able to resolve this. Everyone keeps sending the same messages. Please help.
